Izuku Pov:
I don't know how long I was out but when I came to, I was in the hospital. I was confused at first on why I was here but everything came back to me like I just got hit by a truck. I got out of the bed only to see a doctor walk in.
Doctor: Oh your awake
Izuku: Where is my mom!? I need to see her. Is she alright?
Doctor: Kid you need to calm down ok. Freaking out will not get you anywhere.
I know he is right but I need to know if ahe is ok. I need to know if my mom is going to make it. Of course she going to make it. Ahe is one of the most strongest people I know.
Izuku: Ok but my mom is she alright?
Doctor: I can't say anything at the movement as I'm not good with this type of stuff but someone is here to see you. I will go get them.
The doctor then left. I didn't know what he ment. Please don't tell me that I lost my mom. She is one of the most nicest people alive. She can't die, not yet anyways.
Doctor then came back with someone I didn't know at first. When I got a closer look though I instantly knew who he was.
Detective Tsukauchi: Hello izuku Midoriya. I am Detective Tsukauchi and I am here to ask you a few questions if that alright.
Izuku: Oh that fine.
Detective Tsukauchi: Ok so midoriya do you have any other family that I can contact for you?
Izuku: Sorry but I didn't. It was just my mom and I. Is she ok? Please tell me she ok? She all I have left.
Detective Tsukauchi: I'm sorry midoriya but she didn't make it.
Izuku Mind: No this can't be happening to me
Detective Tsukauchi: If there no other family that can take you in then we will have to drop you off at an orphanage or even put you into the system.
Izuku: No you can't do that. No one would want me. No one would want someone who is quirkless. She was the only person that seem to care, that seem to take care of me when things got hard for me. She can't be gone. She just can't.
I felt tears going down my face as I spoke. The detective tried to comfort me but I know he also know the horrible truth about this world as he just look guilty.
Izuku: Can you at least tell me what happen? She just went to the store to get some food for tonight dinner. She didn't do anything wrong.
Detective Tsukauchi: *sigh* will there was a villain fight between Endeavor and a wild unknown villain. Your mother as well as a few others got caught in the cross fire. The doctors tried there best to bring her back they really did but it was too late. I am so sorry that this is happening to you but I know things will get better over time.
Izuku: No they won't get better. Your lying. You as will as I know this world hate people who are powerless. They are going to treat me like trash until the day they get rid of me or until the day I die.
I was crying at this point. Why did this world hate me so much. I didn't do anything but this world just seem to be after me.
Detective Tsukauchi: I'm so sorry kid but there nothing I can do. Some officers are going to come by and take you to your house so you can get your stuff.
I didn't say anything as tears just fall from my face. Why? Why is this happening to me. I did nothing but it seem that this world doesn't care. Why is this world spot cruel to me?
