Lived in Hawkins since birth. Mom died in the age of 3, dad turned abusive since then. Had a tough time with poor income but as she worked Baby sitting and earned money, she saved up to buy a motorcycle. Had dreams of becoming a Doctor. She was babysitting in the Wheelers when Will went missing, and Jonathan Byers was her best friend. So, she got involved with everyone and saved Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan with Steve harrington. With the iconic nail bat. After this incident, Asterias dad physically harmed her and moved out of Hawkins due to her involvement.
