Have you ever end up laying down in bed all day , doing absolute nothing and choose to be lazy. Some part of me that I think when you are doing that it leads to the part which is you want to give your brain a rest instead of it being consume. Nevertheless , it's actually important as well to start working and do something or at least discover something new everyday. You might learn something new and feel truly worth. I mean like let's say you want to find motivation for study , you must start study right away by create the energy that could lead into having the motivation. I mean maybe you can study with music to focus and calm your thoughts in case you get anxious and think too much. I feel like you need to stabilize between studying or working with doing things that you enjoy. I mean you can't just study all day and miss all the fun by making your body rest. I mean let's say in a day you study in a total of 6 hours but in separately and with short break but also watch some movies or hang out before you get back to study. This would help your mind to process what you've been studying and on the same time let your brain memorise better by not make it messy. I mean let's say you go hang out around the beach, walk around would let your brain to keep on processing and make all the things that you read stays . I mean your mind is at the point that make you feel calm and destress. It's creating a great impulse into your brain and let your whole body energize into the session of letting your emotions become stable. When your mind is at the right state , that's when you could achieve better. That's truly important.
