"How do i get to think positively, how do i clarify things in better preferences, how do i fantasize in depth from different perspectives to fit in the shoe tryna understand the brain and thoughts"

Sometimes I often ask myself this
It's not easy for me at all and I did go through a lot growing up and it's been tough for me as well.

At some point, I really try my best to be happy and just put on a wide glance smile again. It hurts when even to smile or laugh just feel painful when you feel like you don't deserve to be elated. Especially knowing that you deserve to actually be happy after all.

So I am telling you this

It's okay to have bad days
It's okay to give your body a break
It's okay to disconnect for a while
It's okay if you need time to heal
It's okay if you're trying your best
It's okay if you feel like giving up
It's okay if you just feel so tired

But hang in there
Why? Knowing that those feelings or thoughts somehow not permanent and move on .

We are human , we all have our limits , once our body is out of limit we would feel drain and overwhelm, we would feel exhausted especially after a long day working .

Once a while in life,
As you work hard day by day
Still keep on doing things that make you happy .

Go for a walk , have a picnic , take pictures , write letters , say hello to someone .

Instead of giving hope make sure you're becoming a hope as well . Someone who stays awake would never tend to fall into the darkest hole. You'd be pushed back into the world where clouds are hugging you tight with warmth.

You're a hope to your heart
A hope within your scars
A hope why to stay alive
A hope that you would win
A hope that you will completely heal from what hurts you
