i want to take a second on how you could just take a pause, sit down quietly and observe while closing your eyes

Put on your thoughts on dnd mode and focus on being presence
It's the way you let yourself be calm as possible and at ease

We have a lot in our head and sometimes we need to get them out
Eventually, you could absolutely do that
I would say you have to hold on into taking few minutes off to reflect
Finding a way to be alive , then just exist

Sit on a chair or in front of a mirror
Look outside the window
Taking a step forward

to try it out :--

You have to let yourself feel
Let yourself understand things and work on them
Feel all of your emotions and build a stereotypes in which it'll lead you to find a way to control over
Self help in a way that makes you feel genuine about seeing the hologram through

It's when you need to link the words you need to hear within you
Look at things from different points of view , perspectives

Go deep inside your soul, making you feel relax and hugging you as to say you got this and bring up your inner child facing your current self in a light way

reflecting can bring you back
whenever you face hard moments
