Chapter 13: Investigating: Part 2, family

Pink? POV:

I am working in my book when I'm sure Poppy isn't watching me.

[ Reve good. Fallen very hard for Pink. Sad.

Poppy lied. ( how come they don't have a big noise yet? :0 ) ]

Next up, I have to speak to Gen and Era. Also anyone else in this family, but I'm pretty sure it's just them.

Sigh "I don't want to do anythinggggggf!" Lately, I've been tired and stressed. Of course Poppy knows this but I think they think that I am stressed out about pretending to be original Pink.

It's been a week since my meeting with Reve.

I was at Sci's lab.  He's a royal scientist in this multiverse. He was testing me to see how much I remembered.

Of course everything was fine besides the amnesia.

He was stressing out because I should have gotten some of 'my' memories. He was also stressing out because Gen kept pressuring to find out how to get rid of my amnesia.

I was sitting down in a room with medical equipment.

I was getting bored. Sci told me that Gen wanted me to wait there until he could pick me up. Sci checked on me from time to time. It's been like half an hour.

I texted Gen that I'll just walk home but he wants to spend more time with me to help speed up the process of me gaining my memories.

I was scrolling through my phone on MultiTok. I followed the people that original Pink followed. I do sneakily watch things that original Pink doesn't watch when I'm by myself. However I have to erase it from my history in case Gen searches my phone. I caught him a couple times doing that.

Gen's annoying. 'How can original Pink put up with that?' I think to myself.

"Pink, how are you?" Poppy says.

"Never been better." I say sarcastically. I rolled my eyes even though I know Poppy can't see because of my shades.

"Hah," Poppy seems annoyed at my tone of voice," I really wish that accident didn't happen..." Poppy mumbled that last part to herself. 

"What did you say?" I looked up from my phone.

"Nothing, any way, so far the story is still off track, but not so much that it would cause major problems. In the story you are supposed to be attending a party in 6 weeks. That would be the party that will kinda restart the story." Poppy starts explaining.

Even though Pink and Mara met at the party that started the story, since the accident I have to restart the story by attending another party hosted by President Cross.

Great. *side eye*

I heard the last part but it wasn't anything new. It was already obvious that Poppy was annoyed at me and the accident with original Pink.

It's almost as if she dislikes original Pink. Weird. Or is it more of an annoyed feeling?

It's like ^when your sibling keeps doing annoying things when they don't know any better and you get annoyed but understand that they don't really know much^ kinda feeling.

"Got it boss." I say.

Poppy smiles and says,"Thanks for putting up with all of this, [£7707]." Then disappears.

'Wait what did they say?' I think.

"Did Poppy say my name? But all I heard was static?!" I start to panic. I was in shock. Poppy knows my name.
