While he did his normal cardio workout, it didn't seem very fulfilling to him. Normally he could either focus on one of the TVs or an audio book, but today his mind wandered from Tiffany and her date or the women on the ellipticals in front of him. Horny, frustrated and a bit depressed, Sam went home to shower and get his mind off Tiffany.

Sam wakes up the next day, stumbling out to the kitchen to see that he had missed some messages over night. After starting the coffee, he figures he should read the one from Macy first.

Macy - Morning Sam. I wanted to let you know I had quite the eye-opening meeting with Whitney on Friday. She told me you turned down the offer to go work for her. It is nice to see some people have loyalty.

Sam - I hope that it all went well and that any residual issues from the deployment have been smoothed over. While I'm sure she would have been able to provide me with an attractive offer, I feel that being able to work on different projects is more interesting.

Not expecting a quick reply, Sam threw some frozen waffles into the toaster and read the messages from Tiffany. It started with her complaining that the guy was over a half hour late. Then she said that he seemed to be more interested in the waitress with the low-cut and tight top than her. Next was a pic of her in the outfit they picked out together with her friends at a bar. Last, was a pic that it didn't seem that she had taken as she looked passed out, her skirt pushed high up her legs, her panties almost showing and someone had pushed the camisole over her breasts, while the sheer top was left in place, partially obscuring her bra.

Sam felt his cock swell as he looked at the lewd pic of Tiffany, the ding of the toaster making him jump. He puts his phone down and wonders how mad she will be that her friends sent him that picture.

Macy - Since you seem to enjoy working under me, let's meet today for lunch. Plan on spending several hours together.

Sam felt like it was unprofessional to see his boss on the weekend, but figured it wouldn't be bad to keep her happy.

Sam - I have nothing planned, so that sounds great. Just let me know when and where.

Sam gets a shower and dressed to find that he has a message from Macy with the details and another from Tiffany.

Tiffany - Gawd my friends can be a pain. I can't believe they sent you that pic. At least it wasn't some of our other coworkers. Do you think you can delete it and forget you saw it?

Sam - Sure. Consider it deleted and wiped from my memory. Looks like you had met up with your friends after your date flopped.

Tiffany - Yep. Got a bit too drunk. I guess my friends thought they were being helpful.

Sam wanted to say something encouraging about many fish in the sea, but didn't want to sound corny.

Sam - I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad night. Drink plenty of water and relax today.

Sam arrives at the cafe and sees Macy sitting at a table outside. He is about to sit across the small table from her, but she pats the arm of a chair next to her. With their order placed, Macy turns to Sam.

"So, I wanted to take this time to say how impressed I have been with your performance so far. I know I may have seemed harsh about you and your little problem." Macy pointedly looks at his crotch. "Honestly, I hadn't expected you to be so obedient. Tell me, Sam, are you wearing that accessory that I gave you right now?"

Sam squirms slightly. "No, I'm not."

"Hmph. Well, it isn't a workday, and it isn't a work outing, so I guess it makes sense."

Their food arrives, and they eat in silence. When Macy finishes her sandwich, she dabs the corners of her mouth with a napkin. "Just to make things clear, today is an unofficial thank you for helping us with Sally. We knew that something was going on, but we didn't have any evidence."

"I wasn't trying to get her fired, but after I was warned by..."

Macy holds her hand up to stop him. "I don't want or need to know your source. In this case, I would prefer to remain ignorant."

Sam nods. "To be honest with you, what Whitney offered was attractive, and I didn't know how things were going to turn out when Sally and I got back to the office. Knowing that I had a second option made me a bit more comfortable."

"Whitney? You two are on a first name basis?" Macy lets him squirm for a few seconds. "Don't worry. I'm sure that she told you that you could call her by her first name, though I don't think she would like to hear that she was a second choice." Macy places cash on the table to cover their bill. "Walk with me Sam, our little outing isn't over yet."

They walk side-by-side down the street until Macy stops in front of a store. Sam looks in and sees a nice, but nondescript waiting room. Macy walks in and holds the door for Sam. "Well, come on. Don't stand outside all afternoon."
