They spent Tuesday in a conference room. While he had a good start on the list of things, there were many things that she pointed out that he hadn't thought about. He also had to send several emails to Tiffany so that she could take care of the travel arrangements. He wasn't sure why she needed his home address, his mother's name, or other odd bits of information, but he needed to concentrate on the upcoming launch.

Wednesday, before Sam left for the gym, he knocked on Ms. Wallace's open door. "Yes, Sam?"

"I wanted to let you know that I have thought about it a lot and I want to go next week."

"I'm glad to hear that, Sam. Can I offer one piece of advice? Be mindful of body scans at the airport security."

Sam can feel himself blush. "I'll remember that, ma'am. Thank you and have a good night."

Before bed that night, he unlocked himself for the first time since he had put it on Monday morning. He carefully checked and made sure that there was no rubbing or any issues. And was quite happy with the lack of injuries as well as how long he could keep it on.

Late Friday afternoon Sam gets a text from Tiffany. "Can we talk after work?"

Sam - Sure, I'll stop by your desk as I leave.

Tiffany - I was thinking we can go to Al's Tavern and grab a beer.

Sam - Oh. OK. 5:30?

Tiffany - See you then.

He looks up to see Sally looking at him. "Making a date with your girlfriend?"

"What? No. I don't have a girlfriend."

"Ah. That was your boyfriend then."

"What? No. I'm straight."

"Oh. That was the first time you have focused on anything but preparing for the trip, so I figured it had to be important."
