gyuvin stood outside ricky's house, the bouquet of flowers suddenly heavy in his hand. after a good 10 minutes of standing there, he had settled with gaslighting himself that ricky would beat him up and scream at him so that if he got rejected, he wouldn't be as disappointed. finally, he brought himself to knock on the door. the door opened almost immediately, revealing a ricky with glasses perched on his nose. his hair was styled perfectly, as usual. gosh, he sure looked good for someone who just came back from school at 6pm.
"gyuvin?" ricky was smiling. "what's the flowers for?"
gyuvin took a deep breath. "ricky, i know this is sudden and also kind of late but um. will you be my valen- oof!" he was cut off when ricky tackled him with a hug.
"yes, i'll be your valentine. i'm so glad you asked." gyuvin eventually snapped out of his daze, hugging back equally as tight with his good hand and grinning from ear to ear.
