A/N: Heyo!! Sorry, I have been busier than normal this Summer, and am posting two chapters today!

---------------------

Mori's POV
Dog-idiot and Kagome ran off after the demon once they had confirmed it had the jewel. I sat down, shocking the head priestess/old hag as my ears and tail popped out.
She looked stunned and ran off to get her purification salt.
Laughing, I leaped off after Kagame and dog-idiot, that mutt. Dog-idiot had cut off the leg of the bird demon that was carrying the child. The large bird squawked and I leaped into the air, transforming into my cat demon form and biting the demon's neck. Landing on the ground was me, large white cat... Demon.
Splash!
Kagome leaped in after the child into the river; she can swim?!
"My new friend's a water imp!" My "meow-like" voice called out.
Inuyasha, the dog-idiot was surprised as well. If even the mutt didn't know, this was weird.
When she dragged the child out, I bit into the bird demon harder, to make sure it was dead. I heard something crack, and I supposed it was fully dead. It began to glow and a bright pink-purple stone flew into the air, just to shatter all over. I caught one in my hand, so did Kagome.
"W-What just happened?" I cried.
The shard suddenly starting to dissolve into my right hand, and it appeared on the back of my hand.
Inuyasha looked and Kagome and I, stunned.

Inuyasha's POV
What the...? She absorbed it? No way! It was just a shard, right?
Wait-shard?!
"What the heck did you do, you freaky feline?" I shouted at the silver cat demon.
"I only held it." She innocently replied.
Kagome was surprised as Mori slinked back into her human form.
"Y-You were a demon?!" She cried.
The cat demon looked at her, "It was fun while it lasted. See ya." She tried to leave quickly.
When she turned to look back at her hand, I leaped at her. She was stunned when I wreaked havoc with my claws on her left shoulder.

Mori's POV
I screamed in pain as his claws dug into my flesh, the pain and marks would eventually leave, but the memory would not. Inuyasha quickly flinched, his eardrums hurting from the scream.
Pulling my hair back with my right hand, back from the wound and tied-all of it-up in a ponytail, I ripped off the bottom rim of my kimono and wrapped it around my fresh wound.
"Inuyasha! Sit!" I heard Kagome yell, and Inuyasha fell to the ground with a thud as though gravity was pulling him towards the center of the world. Funny, right?
I laughed until she glared at me, "Huh?" I looked questioningly at her.
"Mori, sit. Right now!" She yelled.
Although she really had no power over me, I felt the need to sit down.
"Why didn't you tell me you were a demon?" She questioned me gently.
"You didn't ask, so... Um... Can I go now?"
"Why?!"
"I'm visiting... My family's graves." Tears nearly returned to my eyes as dog-idiot sat up. He was ticked.
"So why are you here?" He demanded.
"It seemed like fun to stay for a bit." I shuffled my knees and looked down.
"You've caused us enough trouble, go. Now." His voice was full of authority and order.
How selfish of him! Well I would have at least a little fun before I leave.
I shrugged and got up, hugging Kagome as I left, "Bye-Bye dog lover."
Kagome's face turned really red, and Inuyasha wanted answers.
"Hey! Whadja' say to her?!" Curiosity killed the dog.
"Secret~!" I cooed, making him angry.
"Answer me woman!" Inuyasha growled.
"We won't!" I laughed and ran off.
Making my way to the burial site of my family, I sighed. Sitting down, I leaned my head against my big brother, Sasuke's wooden cross, which I had firmly planted long ago. About to cry, I remembered all the days I had with my dear family. They were all so precious to me, and always will be.
Since I lost them at a young age, long ago, I took it pretty hard. I had just made a promise with my big brother the day before they were killed that we would always be together. He was my best friend and brother. My only brother.
Even when I dream, at least once, Sasuke will appear. He was the most amazing brother and looked exactly like mom.
Honestly, I never did find dad's body, but his grave is here, with nothing below the dirt. I wish, I wish all of them could rest together in peace.
"Oh mother, Sasuke, father!" I wailed in agony.

A/N; I'm asking you-should her dad be involved in the story more? Or should he be dead, his body missing for some reason? Please give me feedback. More about her shoulder-probably not even going to talk about that. Her wounds heal quickly as you know, so, I don't really feel like mentioning any more on it.
