Just like Marcus said about this pregnancy not being like a human one he was right cause it seemed like when I woke up I had a small bump and now its been a couple of days and I've gotten a big belly.
Which that causes everyone that sees me to talk and the rumor that I cheated on Demetri spreading through the castle.
When he found me he looked at me and saw my stomach before he looked pissed off.
"How could you?" he asked
"are you seriously accusing me of cheating?" I asked
"well you're pregnant," he says
"so instead of asking me you are just believing the gossip and rumors?" I asked
"you're not denying it" he says
"What is the use it's not like you'd believe me anyway," I say
"Who was it?" he asked
"none of your business," I say before I moved away from him he grabbed me and I shoved him off.
"the minute you said that you should've left me in Forks then proceeded to ignore the fact that I exist is the minute that whatever happens to me or whatever I do isn't any of your concern," I tell him
"you're my mate," he says
I scuffed
"what?" he asked
"just leave me alone. I dont care if we are mates or not. I want you to leave me alone like you had done for a week in a half now. forget I exist, forget that I am even here" I tell him before I fully leave.
I met up with Marcus and we both left heading out of town to do some shopping before we came back where both of us were requested in the throne room. so after dropping my things off we headed there where Cauis, Aro, Demetri, and some of the ones that started the lies and rumors where.
"what is it that you need brothers?" Marcus asked as he made his way over to his chair.
"we are curious as to what has been happening between you and Carley" Aro says
"we have been having father daughter bonding and I'm helping her with her pregnancy since Demetri has ignored her." Marcus replied
Aro offered his hand wanting to see for himself so Marcus placed his hand in Aro's. before Aro let his hand go.
"I see. well I am sorry for the pain and heartbreak you've been experiencing. first the anniversary of your mother's death, then being accused of cheating" Aro says
"she has master" Demetri says
I say nothing just walked up and took hold of Aro's hand allowing him to see that the rumors and lies are false.
When I knew he saw what the truth was I removed my hand.
" Demetri, do you wish for your bond with your mate to be gone?" Aro asked
"she has cheated on me" Demetri says
"stop being foolish Demetri she's not done anything with anyone but you." Marcus says
"Master.." he trailed off before looking over at me.
"I didn't think vampires could get a human pregnant," he says
"Well it seems as though you've done just that Demetri and you've caused a lot of pain in your mate," Aro says
"If I may. I would like to stay here in the castle. Marcus is like a father figure to me and I don't want my child to not know their grandfather. so if you will allow it despite me not being with Demetri I'd appreciate it if I was allowed to stay here." I say
"Of course you're staying dear" Marcus says
" Thank you" I say before I wait to be excused then take my leave going to the room that my child and I will sleep in.
Marcus and I had talked about what I'd want to happen when the time comes for my baby to arrive and I had asked him that if he changes me and the venom doesn't take to please take care of my baby. and not allow them to be mistreated or their father to try and make up for the shit he had done to me.
after I put the items Marcus and I had purchased for my baby I showered and got ready for bed before I slipped under the covers.
I had slipped away to my carefree world where I was alone with my baby just enjoying life with her.
I ignored the knocking at my door knowing that it wasn't Marcus cause he wanted me to get some rest when we came back from shoping.
