Chapter 12

"I'm never drinking again." She groaned.

It was the next day, late in the Sunday morning, some still recovering from yesterday, whether that is taking pain relievers or guzzling on gatorade as fluids and carbs were as necessary as the air they breath. In the common room, Mina was suffering in confort with Momo. Todoroki was still sleeping, the same with Jirou.

"But you still remember what happened?" Momo asked.

"Yes... well atleast I think so." Mina pinched the bridge of her nose. "I don't know anything."

"I saw a part of it, it seemed real."

"I remember that much." she said bashfully. "But something about Midoriya didn't seem right."

"You're probably overthinking it." she reasoned.

"No, she's right." Kirishima said out of the blue, startling the two. "Midoriya's definitely different."

"Different how?" Momo asked.

"Well..."

In the men's dorms some were awake, talking about events from last night, often it was bragging. Creating a loud commotion in a relatively early time.

"Bro who was the chic you were making out yesterday." Sero asked Kaminari.

"Never met her in my life and probably never will." The collective laughter was enough to set the time bomb off.

"Would you shut up! I'm trying to sleep and you dumbasses are too loud!" bakugo yelled.

"I didn't know you went to the party yesterday," Kaminari said.

"It's not none of your business dunce face! if I hear any more-"

"Would you shut up for once!" Everybody's head turned to see Midoriya. Catching everybody off guard. "For someone who wants silence. You are so damn loud it's annoying."

Everyone in the room was silent, even Bakugou was speechless. But it was gone just as quickly.  "What did you say?" he said, getting closer to the green haired hero.

But he didn't back down, not even a blink, "Did all those explosions finally make you deaf, or just made you even more stupid."

Bakugo was left in such a disarray, he huffed and just went back to his room to sleep until this joke of a dream was over.

"...That has been the weirdest thing Ive seen in my lifetime." Kirishima finished his cup of water.

"Things have been tough for him, it was a matter of time until he exploded." Momo reasoned. Before anyone could respond, said person walked in.

Everyone went silent. He walked in with Kaminari, Sero and Ojiro in the background talking. Midoriya prepared himself a tea ignoring questioning eyes, one of them was Mina who wasn't that drunk to forget what happened yesterday. Midoriya looked back, "Good morning, hope you slept well."

"I uhh..." her cheeks turned into a light shade of red. Seeing him not being nervous at all instead of her being a mess as he smirks in amusement made her frustrated.

"Almost forgot," Midoriya said out loud as he put down his cup of tea. "Iida told me that Aizawa has an announcement. We should have been in the classroom 15 minutes ago."

Everyone gasped as they ran towards the A-1 classroom. Midoriya on the other hand was trailing behind, calmly taking his time. Everyone reached the classroom and noticed an annoyed look on Aizawa's face, he stared holes into everyone one by one until Midoriya came through the door and sat as if nothing ever happened, his attitude shocked Aizawa but pushed it away to get to the point of the meeting.
