PERCY DIDN'T LISTEN TO HER.

In turn, Aurora didn't listen to him.

As Percy's perilous situation unfolded before her eyes, Aurora's heart clenched with fear and desperation.

Despite Percy's insistence that she take the other boat, she couldn't bear the thought of leaving him behind. She knew he was risking everything to save Tyson and the others, and she couldn't stand idly by.

When Percy was dropped by Scylla, Aurora's instincts took over. She couldn't let him face such a fate alone. With swift determination, she uncapped the Flask of wind and hurled it towards Percy, using its power to propel him away from danger.

But her actions didn't stop there. With a resolute resolve, she tossed the Flask to Annabeth, released her wings, and took to the air, heedless of Annabeth's cries for her to stay back.

"Aurora!" Annabeth cried out for her.

As Aurora dove for Percy's falling figure, her mind raced with a mixture of fear and determination. She had to reach him before it was too late, just like that time at the St. Louis Arch last year. But this time, the situation was even more dire.

The flaming wreckage raining down around them made her path treacherous. She swerved and dodged the debris, her focus solely on reaching Percy.

But unlike their previous encounter, there was no welcoming water to reach up and catch Percy. Instead, he fell into the burning sea with a splash, disappearing beneath the surface.

Without hesitation, Aurora plunged into the burning water after him, her heart pounding with urgency.

As she descended, she used her powers to shine light underwater, her golden aura illuminating the darkness around her. She prayed to her father and Percy's father, Poseidon, for strength and guidance, hoping they would hear her plea.

Finally, she spotted Percy's unconscious form and quickly scooped him up in her arms. With all her strength, she propelled herself out of the water, carrying Percy with her.

Once above the surface, she scanned the chaos for Annabeth's lifeboat and, spotting it nearby, carefully placed Percy on board, ensuring he was safe before turning her attention to their next steps.

The moment Aurora placed Percy in the lifeboat, Annabeth bolted toward her, a mixture of relief and frustration etched on her face. She threw her arms around Aurora in a tight hug, then immediately smacked her on the arm.

"What in Hades were you thinking, Rory? That was beyond reckless!" Annabeth scolded, her eyes flashing with a combination of worry and anger.

Aurora winced at the smack but offered a small, sheepish smile. "I had to get him, Annie. He needed help, and the wind wasn't enough. I couldn't just watch him fall... not again."
