PERCY, AURORA, ANNABETH, AND ADEN MADE THEIR WAY OUT OF THE GRAND CHAMBERS OF OLYMPUS. They were met with a steady stream of well-wishing minor gods and goddesses, each eager to extend their congratulations.

Despite the urgency of their departure, Percy graciously paused now and then to exchange words with the divine well-wishers, his humility and charm evident in every interaction.

Aurora and Aden, too, found themselves the focus of their father Apollo's prideful attention. Apollo, his golden aura glowing warmly, pulled them aside separately to express his heartfelt pride, his words filled with love and admiration for his children. Aurora and Aden, their eyes reflecting the shared bond with their father, listened as Apollo praised their bravery and resilience.

Annabeth was not forgotten amidst the familial reunions and proud parent moments. Her mother, Athena, sought her out, her wise eyes holding a mixture of pride and maternal concern. Their conversation was undoubtedly one of depth and significance, as Athena imparted her wisdom and guidance to her daughter, acknowledging Annabeth's achievements while perhaps offering a word of caution or advice.

Meanwhile, Aden received a more probing conversation from Athena, likely a discussion about his growing closeness with Annabeth and what it might mean for the future.

After the heartfelt exchanges and brief interruptions, the group continued on their path, making their way through the hallowed halls of Olympus. Each step was a testament to their resilience and bravery, a journey that had brought them face to face with gods and destiny alike.

Together they made their way down to the street level. Neither of them said a word partly from exhaustion and the gods awful music – Neil Diamond or something.

Percy should've made that part of his gift from the gods: better elevator tunes.

When they got into the lobby, Percy found his mother and Paul arguing with the bald security guy, who'd returned to his post.

"I'm telling you," Percy's mom yelled, "we have to go up! My son –" Then she saw Percy and her eyes widened. "Percy!"

She hugged the breath right out of him.

"We saw the building lit up blue," she said, "But then you didn't come down. You went up hours ago!"

"She was getting a bit anxious," Paul said dryly.

"I'm all right," Percy promised as his mom hugged Aurora, Annabeth, and Aden. "Everything's okay now."

"Paul," Aurora said, "that was wicked sword work."

Paul shrugged. "It seemed like the thing to do. But, Percy, is this really... I mean, this story about the six-hundredth floor?"

"Olympus," Percy said, "Yeah."
