A Beautiful Tragedy

Part two

Emily's POV
" Wait you were what?" I asked " I was pregnant, I was going to tell you but then Ben happened" I shuddered at the sound of that douche bags name " what do you mean was? What happened Hanna?" A tear fell down Hanna's cheek, Ali walked over with our coffees and when she saw Hanna crying confusion was written across her face " well I was out house hunting with Caleb and it was a pretty good day, when we got back to the hotel that night we fell asleep immediately but around three I woke up and there was blood everywhere. It looked like someone was murdered and when Caleb took me to the hospital well we found out what happened and" Hanna was now sobbing her eyes out while Ali and I had tears trickling down our cheeks. I got up and walked over to Hanna, I wrapped my arms around her and held her until she calmed down. People were staring at us but I didn't really care, when Hanna started to calm down I sat back down and she started talking again " Caleb and I got into a fight and I told him I needed some space but after a week emptiness consumed my body so I went for a walk but when I got back from the walk I had alcohol and cigarettes with me. I've hit rock bottom and it's all my fault" Ali leaned over to me and whispered " does she really blame herself for losing the baby?" All I could do was nod, everyone in the shop was now staring at us and this time it got to me a little. Ali noticed too and spoke up " how about we go back to Emily's place and talk there because I think if we stay here any longer they are going to name a drink after us" Hanna laughed " they should call it the crazy lady lattes" now we were all laughing.

The ride home was silent, no one was willing to talk because we were afraid that we might disrupt the peace within car. When we arrived home I went into the kitchen to make tea and Hanna went with Alison to the living room, fifteen minutes later I went into the living room with the tea and sat down. The only sound you could hear was all of us sipping our drinks and sighing " I'm sorry Hanna" I choked out " for what?" She asked " for being a bitch to you and not asking if you were okay?" Ali nodded not trusting her own voice, "thank you and I'm sorry also for being a bitch, I know I can't apologize for Aria but I hope one day you can forgive her" Hanna cried, I walked up to her and hugged her. I felt Ali come and wrap her arms around Hanna also, we stayed like that for a little till Hanna pulled away " well I need to go and make things right again with some people but I'll call you soon, thank you for everything" Hanna grabbed her purse and walked out the door.

The rest of the day Ali and I called Spencer and invited her over, she's a lot happier now. She told us about what she's been doing to help her feel better and how she met this new cop who caught her eye, we all laughed and spent the rest of the day watching movies. It was a good day and I hope it's one of many.

I'm sorry this story is all over the place I just don't really have that many ideas for it. But please comment and tell me if you guys have any ideas or suggestions, that would be great.
