Jungkook continued to feel the alcohol taste lingering in his mouth until he finally fell asleep

In the morning he didn't wait for taehyung and went to office on his own car without taehyung, he wanted to avoid the other for now, he doesn't know till when would he be able to ignore taehyung but he can't face him just now and he managed to hide his neck with his turtle neck sweater

On the other hand taehyung opened his eyes to feel a terrible headache, when he looked at the clock he was late for office

He cursed and threw the blanket away from himself, although his head was giving him a hard time but still he had to freshen up, the merger had increased his work he had to give time to it now

He was settling his tie when his hands stilled and his eyes widened, his heart started beating loudly when he remembered what happened last night

So his insecurity of losing Jungkook to someone else made him do that to jungkook

His frown deepened when he realized something, he needs to talk to him

Taehyung kept the cup on the table after finishing his coffee, he could somewhat feel better now

He wasn't surprised when he came to know that jungkook had left without him but he won't let him run away now

"Tae baby slow down it's ok if you get late an hour" Mrs Kim said

Taehyung gave a sheepish smile and slowed down a bit

He left hurriedly after finishing breakfast

He didn't expect to see Jungkook as soon as he entered the office building, he was looking into some file with hoseok, taehyung instantly noticed his turtle neck and he couldn't help the smirk appearing on his face though he shrugged it away soon

With confident steps he walked towards the two immersed in the file while his employees bowed to him in the way

Jungkook frowned when he felt a soft tug over his arm, he shivered when he saw the person in front of him

"We need to talk" taehyung said in a low voice and signed him to follow him

Not having any other choice Jungkook looked at hobi apologetically who smiled shaking his head and told him to go

When he entered taehyung's office, the other was leaning over the desk crossing his arms looking right at the door, Jungkook got more conscious at his stare

Only taehyung knew how much he had to control himself to latch on the prettiest boy he has ever seen and keep him closer than his own heartbeats, the way he was biting his lips in anxiousness, the way he was battling his eyelashes looking at the ground not letting taehyung to see the universe present in his doe eyes and the way he was playing with his fingers....he is so precious

Taehyung closed his eyes for a moment to calm his heart and then opened them

"Why are you running away from me?" His deep voice bounced back in the office room, Jungkook looked up with complaining eyes as if asking him about his own doings
