Hi everyone, I'm going to clear things up because this book is a little confusing. Basically, the Salvatores turned in around 1509 for many reasons. The first one is that it was around when they were turned in the books. Another reason is to make it a bit more believable when they win fights against older vampires. My third reason is that I want Katherine, Lola, Damon, and Stefan's to be similar. My final reason is to give them more time to become more angsty and evil kinda.
If there is anything else, then I will add it to the end of this part.
