Everyone avoided Percy that night, and Percy got led to Cabin Three, the cabin for Posiedon's kids. Inside was covered in layers of dust, so much that Percy left footprints behind him.

He sighed. He had just gotten used to the Hermes cabin and was now in another place, a place that kept making him and Alpine sneeze.

He looked around the cabin, there were a few bunk beds, corals on the wall, dead sea plants, and sighed. Cleaning was not something he enjoyed, but he knew he had no choice, esspecially if he and Alpine were spending the summer there.

So that night he worked on cleaning a set of bunkbeds and the immediate surrounding area, before going to sleep where he had another night mare, which he got awoken from by Grover in the morning, telling him he was needed by Chiron in the Big House.

At the big house, Chiron spoke to him about his dream and that his father and Zues were fighting and told him to consult with the orcale, who was a very old mummy that Percy almost belived would crumble if he breathed slightly to hard, she was also burried in a bunch of old demigod memrobelia, and spoils of war.

Percy stared at the mummy, trying to figure out how he was gonna get it to say a prophecy, and decided the most logical approach was to just ask it.

"Hey, so I was told you could give me a prophecy to -" Before he could finish, the mummy started to glow green and green smoke came out of her mouth and eyes.

In the smoke Percy could make out his Hydra handlers. There was Pierce, Romlow, Garrett and Strucker, and each one took a turn speaking. "You shall go west, and face the god who has turned. You shall find what was stolen, and see it safely returned. You shall be betrayed by one who calls you a friend. And you shall fail to save what matters most, in the end"

Just like that the smoke was gone, and Percy couldn't help but focus on the last two lines. He will be betrayed and fail to save what matters most. He decided not to dwell on it for the moment, thanked the mummy and made his way back downstairs to Chiron and Grover.

"She said I would retrieve what was stolen." Percy slumped into one of the chairs and smiled as Alpine jumped onto his lap, he was glad that Chiron said she could stay and that she was free to roam.

Grover was excited for him and said that it was great, however Chiron asked what the Oracle said exactly.

Percy felt Alpine nudging him, calming him slightly, he still had the images and the voices of his ex-handlers in his mind making shiver run down his spine.

"She said I would go west and face the god that has turned. I would retrieve what was stolen and see it safely returned." Percy didn't want to tell anyone the last too lines. If a friend was to betray him, then he couldn't trust anyone with that knowledge, not even his family.

So when Chiron asked if there was anything else he lied, the way he would when his handlers would question him on his papa to see if his memory was returning.

"No. That was it."

Chiron nodded after studying his face. "Very well. But remember that prophecies tend to have more than one meaning. The truth is not always clear until the events unfold."

Percy felt like Chiron knew he was withholding information, but the centaur didn't press him for information and they changed the topic to which God would gain in the war and Percy believed it to be Hades, with both brothers weakend he could take over Olympus.

Chiron explained the reasoning to Grover and said that Percy was to go to the underworld to retrieve the bolt. Hearing that, he realised that he could probably kill two birds with one stone and save his pops at the same time, but he also wanted revenge for Hades trying to kill him and for taking his pops.

And then he looked at Grover, who was nervously eating an empty can of coke, and his want for revenge became slightly less. His friend was scared but wanted to come as he needed his searchera licence to look for Pan and he wouldn't deny his friend that chance, even if he might get hurt.

However as soon as his anger went it came back as he and Chiron kept talking and he found out he was being used, but he did find out that the entrance to the underworld was in Los Angeles, because where else would it be.

"So we get a plane to Los Angeles, sneak into the underworld, steal the bolt back and go to Olympus, we'd be done in less than a week." Percy said knowing it wouldn't be that easy.

"Percy no! Have you ever flown before!" Grover shouted at his friend.

Percy had to think for a second. The only time he could think of was when he was unconscious, leaving the hydra base with his family, but at that time Thor has been there, and if Zues knew of him then he wouldn't of done anything due to Thor being of a different Pantheon and not wanting to anger them, so Percy decided to lie, again.

"Come to think of it no. I have not."

He decided to travel overland, and Chiron said he would need a third travel companion, and that there was already a volunteer, and then Annabeth removed her yankees cap that was keeping her invisible and stuffed it into her pocket.

"Great, it's the wise girl. I suppose you have a plan." Percy quipped before he could stop himself.

"You bet your seaweed brain I do." She answered smugly, although there was a slight redding of her cheeks.

Percy knew he would need the extra person, he didn't have much training under his belt but Annabeth had been at camp for three years, so she was more experienced than him with the mythologies and fighting, so it would be ideal.

"Fine three it is." He sighed.

"Great. This afternoon we'll take you as far and manhattan bus terminal, from there you are on you own." Chiron announced. "You best get to packing."

Grover and Annabeth walked out but Percy hung back for a second. "Chiron, before we get dropped of at the terminal, would it be possible to make a pit stop at the Avengers tower, just so I can let my family know I'm OK, I would call them but they don't answer random numbers, and they are probably freaking out."

"I'm sure we can make some time for that." Chiron smiled, before shoeing Percy out of the big house, telling him once again to go pack.
