It was 1988 and Joseph Joestar was about to make his way to Egypt to kill the vampiric Stand user DIO with his friend Avdol and his Grandson, Jotaro, as well as his grandson's friend Kakyoin. DIO has caused his daughter Holly to fall ill and if they don't kill him in 3 months she'll die.

Things were moving smoothly as they arrived at the airport. That was until a familiar voice fell upon the old man's ears.

"Joseph?"

Turning around, Joseph saw a woman, approximately 26 years old. That woman was Tomoko Higashikata, a woman the old Joestar had a drunken one-night stand with. Once realizing that the man she was talking to was Joseph, she clung to him with one arm, for the other arm had a baby in it.

"Mr. Joestar. Do you know this woman?" Avdol asked, watching as Joseph got side hugged by this woman.

"Oh Joseph, I missed you so much! You can't believe how long it's been since we last saw each other! Oh, it's been so rough!" Tomoko cried, tightening her grip on the old man. "Josuke and I have been so lonely without you!"

"Uh heheh, it's good to see you too, Tomoko." Joseph awkwardly responded. "Who's Josuke?"

"Huh? Oh right, I almost forgot." The woman pulled back, holding the baby in both hands. "When you left, I was feeling ill and it turned out that I was pregnant. So, I want you to meet your son." She explained.

Josuke opened his eyes, looking curiously at the team of four in front of him. "He's uh, he's cute. I'd love to stay and chat but-"

"You had a baby?  At your age?" Jotaro broke in. "Don't tell me you cheated on your wife when you were sixty."

Tomoko's demeanor changed as soon as she heard that last statement. "Wife? You were married? But you said you loved me..."

"Uh-look Tomoko, I know this looks bad but-" but before Joseph could finish his sentence, Tomoko slapped him across the face.
"Ow-"

"How could you!? You told me you loved me! I didn't try looking for someone else because I thought you were coming back for me! For us!" She snapped, tears forming in her eyes. "Tomoko, please, I'm sorry-"

"No, you can't just apologize your way out of this, since you're probably going to leave us again." The woman stated. "Well... If it makes you feel better, you could come with us."

She sighed a bit. She still had love in her heart for Joseph, despite learning of this information. "Well... As much as I'd like to go with you I have work and I'm not sure my boss would let me have a sudden week or so off. But... I want Josuke to be with his dad. Is it possible to have you take him with you? Just so you can bond." She asked.

"Well, erm..."

"I think we should, after all Mr. Joestar, it's better for you to build some kind of relationship with your son so he doesn't think you're a deadbeat dad." Kakyoin stated.

"Well uh... alright, he can come along." Joseph finally agreed. Josuke was placed in his arms, the toddler was just happily bouncing in his arms.

"Aww it looks like he likes you already, and you better take good care of him, Joseph. If I find out he got hurt during your trip I swear I will hunt you down and tear you apart limb by limb!" Tomoko grunted. "Call me as soon as you get back."

Joseph just nodded, now they just needed a baby carrier and some toys. "Well, our flight is in half an hour, I don't want Josuke to get bored during the ride over." The old man stated, he could have just made some cool shapes with Hermit Purple, but it wasn't like the toddler could see it.

Avdol placed Josuke on his lap as Joseph went to get toys and coloring books for the flight over. "Our trip will be dangerous, I'm unsure if all of us would make it out alright. However, I'm willing to do anything if it means stopping DIO at all costs." He mumbled to himself. Josuke was sprawled out on his back, pawing at one of his tarot cards.

Jotaro just stood to the side, eying the baby. "Yare yare daze, thanks to the old man not keeping it in his pants we're all stuck babysitting." He grunted. "He better not cause any trouble for us."

"Hey, I promised his mom that he'll be alright. Nothing's gonna happen to Josuke on my watch! Besides, maybe the kid would surprise us. I mean it's a stretch but still." Joseph insisted. "Now c'mon, let's get on board."

On the plane, it was smooth sailing from this point on. Or so they thought. Josuke was playing with one of the toys Joseph bought for him, until he noticed something. There was a fly of some sort and it distracted Josuke from the colorful rings.

Jotaro, being seated next to Josuke, noticed the toddler reaching towards it, trying to bap toward the fly. "Yare yare daze, how annoying. Might as well kill it so doesn't come towards me." He thought as he summoned Star Platinum to squash it.

However, as he did, a man on the other side of the plane just sudden crunched simultaneously as the fly was smushed.

"What the? That couldn't possibly be a coincidence." Jotaro thought. "Could it be that this stupid ass fly could be a stand?" He continued to think. But if it was a stand how could Josuke see it? It's not like babies can be stand users, right?

While everyone was busy panicking over the man suddenly getting crushed, Jotaro noticed the toddler staring at him, or more specifically at Star Platinum. "What is with this kid? I know the old man has a stand, but there's no way he inherited it this early, I only found out about mine today." The teen thought.

Joseph quickly got up the moment he watched the bystander crumble over just like the fly. "There's been a lot of plane crashes lately, everyone had their tongues chopped off before they died, except for this one guy." He realized. "I didn't think we'd have to deal with a stand user this soon."

"Plane crashes?" Jotaro didn't stop to think, he immediately rushed towards the cockpit. Both pilots had their tongues cut and laid motionless. "Dammit, that stupid fly must have gotten to them first."

Josuke squeaked as the plane lurched forward, he would have fallen if Kakyoin didn't make a grab for him. The toddler was getting overwhelmed, sniffling and sobbing as the plane rocked around in the air. "Shhh, shh it's going to be okay, Josuke." He whispered, rocking Josuke as best as he could.

Joseph took the controls in an instant, he hadn't flown a plane since he was nineteen, but he figured he could at least make a soft landing. It would be too risky to make it all the way to Egypt without a licensed pilot, the closest airport was at Hong Kong, so they had to make an emergency landing there. "We'll have to find some other transportation from here on out." He thought.

As the plane finally landed, Josuke calmed enough to stop crying, his eyes were red and puffy from how distressed he was. Jotaro kept a straight face, although he did softly pet the baby's head. "We're on the ground now."

As he felt Jotaro's hand, he looked at him. He made grabby hands at the black-haired teen. "Uh..."

"I think he wants you to hold him, Jotaro." Kakyoin noted. "I dunno, I mean I don't want him to puke or drool or whatever on my school uniform." Jotaro commented. "Hey, it's on you for wearing your school uniform on a trip like this." the red head stated. With a sigh, Jotaro picked up the baby.

Josuke smiled in Jotaro's arms, though Jotaro was full of anxiety. He wasn't actually worried about getting his uniform dirty, he was worried about dropping this kid. But he didn't want to say it since that would make him look pathetic or something.

As the gang exited the plane, it was decided to go get something to eat since Josuke was starting to get fussy after waiting for everyone else to depart the plane. What they didn't know that there going to be meeting a new foe in this city, and they're going to meet them soon.
