You had explored the manor, only to find that it was basically everything you dreamed. The backyard even had a pool and a jacuzzi! There was plenty of space, but it wasn't too much. You probably wouldn't get lost. After everything set in, you realize something. Despite everything, you still had to finish that paper..

You entered the foyer again, eyeing the sarcophagus. It's gaze still seemed a bit warmer than it had originally felt, but you simply continued to walk afterwards, going back upstairs. Once you entered your bedroom, you found that it had changed as well. There was a luxurious bed, a large closet, and some expensive looking furniture. However, in the corner was still your desk and computer, which looked to have both been upgraded to the , as some say, 'Nth Degree'.

Everything you had on your computer, however, was still there. That included the paper. You sat down, opening it, only to see something odd. It was done. There it all was. It was the necessary length, with cited sources, a bibliography, cover paper, and everything, all in Times New Roman, double-spaced with the 12 sized font. A read of the paper showed that it was all put together perfectly, and flowed.

With a sigh, you decided to just go with it. You'd woken up with basically every dream you'd had catered to, so your paper being done was no stretch. At this point, the shock had just worn off, and you were actually relieved by the convenience. You sent the paper to your professor through an email, thanking him for the second chance, and then took a deep breath.

A lot had happened this morning. You had no idea how to react to all of it. You went to sleep in a cramped dorm room, and woke up in a manor. Your assignments were all done, and now had been sent out. You had nothing to do for approximately six days. Then, you noticed the little Anubis statuette that started all of this. You lifted it into your hand, and stared at it, silent for a moment.

You felt a presence and sighed.. "Are you and that sarcophagus behind this?" you questioned, not really expecting a response..

Then, from behind you, a voice you didn't recognize was heard. It was deep and masculine, sending a shiver down your spine. "It is my work.." Abruptly, you whirled around, only to see someone looking down at you. They were tall, body toned, with obvious muscles. They were covered in a black fur. Their head was that of a jackal, golden eyes looking down at you. "Greetings, [L/N].. I have been observing you for some time now.."

Anubis looked at you, a soft smile coming across his features. "I must say that you seem far more alluring in person.. I've observed you through my idols and watched you mature into what you are now, and like a fine wine, letting you mature has been a wise decision.."
