It was nightfall as Amelia was walking along the shoreline of the beach in Santa Carla. The boardwalk was distance's away, which means a single soul wouldn't see or hear her. It was surprisingly peaceful, the summer night breeze gently flowing through her long dark hair and white summer dress. Her bare feet soaking in the cool refreshing water. Suddenly, Amelia noticed something, or someone, in the distance. It appeared to be a silhouette of a rather tall man, just standing with his hands in his pockets. Despite the fact that it was night, she could definitely tell he was staring at her, possibly even smirking. She wanted to run, but her body refused to do so. Amelia tried to scream, but a gloved hand covered her mouth softly. The material of the gloves felt like leather, soft and worn out, possibly because they were old. Her bare skin made contact with more leather, this time a long leather jacket. A chuckle escaped the stranger's lips, his warm breath ticking the back of Amelia's neck. "Don't be scared, sweetheart~" He purred, "I don't bite... much~"

That was the last thing Amelia heard before she woke up in her bedroom, realizing it was all a dream. Sam knocks on the doorway, grabbing his sister's attention. "Had a nice nap, sis?" He asked
"Y-yeah, I did," said Mia, "what's up? Does mom need me or something?"
"We're gonna check out the boardwalk while mom looks for work. Gramps isn't coming, so grab a jacket, we're leaving in 10"
"On it"
Amelia gets out of bed, fixing her hair before grabbing her denim jacket and follows her younger brother downstairs. She tied her hair up in a high ponytail, trying to distract herself from the strange dream she had earlier. It was that same voice she heard on the way to Santa Carla, but his voice was crystal clear.

Unlike before, the voices she heard were faint and distant, this time she could hear his voice perfectly in the back of her mind. Even the feeling of his gloved hand ghosted around her neck, the same goes for his breath ticking the hairs on the back of her neck. Lucy walks up to her daughter, gently placing a hand on her shoulder to bring her back to reality. "You alright, honey?" she asked, "Did you take your medicine?"
"Oh, I'm okay, mom" said Mia, "About to take it right now"
The teenage girl reached into her pocket to find it empty, thinking she forgot it upstairs. Thankfully, Sam hands her the bottle of meds, "You always forget this" he said
Mia smiled and kindly thanked her younger brother before popping a pill into her mouth.

When the teenage siblings arrived at the boardwalk, it was packed. Everyone was having a grand old time going on rides, socializing, even enjoying a concert close by with a buff man covered in oil playing the saxophone. Despite the weirdness, the music wasn't all that bad, in fact it was rather enjoyable. It was then Michael noticed a beautiful girl joining the crowd and dancing to the music. She was tall with long dark curls, a white tank top and layered purple skirt, with gold bracelets on her left wrist. Michael was instantly smitten by her beauty, so much so that he couldn't stop staring at her. The girl noticed and smiled back until she left with a little boy by her side.

Amelia noticed this and snapped her fingers in front of her older brother, "Earth to Michael, wake up" she said. Michael didn't answer and made his way toward the direction the girl went off to. Sam and Amelia followed with confusion, "Where's Mike going?" asked Sam
"No idea" said Amelia, "But I bet it has something to do with that girl earlier"
"No way, he's stalking her?"
"He's smitten by her, of course he's gonna follow her"
Michael stops in his tracks and turns toward his younger siblings, "Guys, do you have anything better to do then to follow me around all night?"
"Yeah," said Sam, eyeing the comic book store right in front of him, "Actually I do"
The youngest teen heads inside the comic book store, no hesitation whatsoever.

Michael then glanced at his younger sister, "What about you?"
"What do you mean?" asked Mia
"You said you wanted to live a little right? Why not go for a walk or something? I'll meet you later, keep your meds close by"
"Will do"
Once Mia was left alone, she noticed a group of bikers close by. They weren't like the Surfer Nazis she met earlier today, but they were dressed in leather and reminded her of punk rock musicians. One in particular caught her attention, a tall platinum blonde with piercing blue eyes, a cool demeanor, dressed in a long black leather jacket and matching gloves.
