"I'll do what ever you need to feel safe" his hands rubbed your waist and you bit your bottom lip.
"T" overwhelmed with how he was being with you, you'd been together coming up to 6 months and been through so much together some good some not so good.
"Tell me what you need and I'll do it" you rested your head on his shoulder his kisses still pressing against the sweet spot on your neck he wasn't playing fair.
"It's not that easy..." he pulled away after a minute.
"Abbey" the sigh fell from his lips as he looked at you more sternly.
"You can't just live in fear like this" you frowned. He was gentle with you nearly always now appeared he was trying other tactics.
"It's 90 minutes, let's invite your mum. My brothers will be there, as soon as the match is over I'll come and get you. We can take your mum out for food after? Or just drop her home whatever you want."
"You make it all sound easy" you closed your eyes briefly,
"Because it is, I'll make sure theirs no one else in the box, I'll treat you like a competition winner if you want" you laughed at this and he smiled.
"If you don't let me in all the way how am I supposed to look after you?" You looked down to the hands in your lap worrying the edge of his shirt.
"I know ok, I know. I just don't want me going or not going to effect your game ok, I know how important it is to you and I won't get in the way of that"
"So come this once and I'll let it go" you shook your head with a smile.
"Just my mum and your brothers?" He nodded his hand smoothing across your cheek lifting your face to his.
"Maybe my mum, but no one else" his lips pressed against yours.
"If my mum meets yours they'll start talking about engagement rings" you laughed and he laughed to pressing a hard kiss against your open mouth before you could take in a breath.
"One day, sure" you held on to the wrist of the hand that held your face your eyes wide and glassy."Don't look so surprised, didn't I just say I was serious about us?" His face was confident once more cocky. You just nodded and watched as he slipped out of bed.
"Where are you going?" You frowned up at him as he turned back to you at the bedroom door.
"I gotta make a call tell them about my plus one, you want a drink or anything?" Shaking your head you sank down into the sheets watching his retreating figure.
Were you excited at the prospect of going to watch him play ofcourse, but did the idea of it also fill you with dread?! You bet.
