There's a certain symmetry to the work you do, to the people you do it to.
It's only fair, you tell yourself. The things they've done? The things they've gotten away with?
They are far from innocent.
They deserve to die.
The lawyers and judges can't do anything right. They say they serve the justice system, but they don't. Not really. They let people get away with murder so long as a check is sent their way.
You can't be bought off so easily.
Every action must have its equal and opposite reaction.
If the powers that be can't uphold their promise to serve justice, then it's up to you to be that reaction.
They've gotten away with it for far too long already.
It's time for them to pay for what they've done.
