"There you are!" Groose says as I come out of the room "I've been looking everywhere for you"

"Oh I just got lost" I say

"Zelda this is our school we come here every day, how can you het lost?" He asks "well it's almost 9 so I should drop you home" he says

"Are we not going to the after prom thing?" I ask

"Lets face it Zelda, you don't want to be here with me" he says "anyone but me"

"Thats not true" I lie, he's pretty much hit the nail on the head, I wish I had longer time with Link

"Don't lie to yourself" he says "I can take you home now, if you want" he says

"I'll get a lift with Impa" I say and just as I said that I hear the door shut behind me

Link came out at a very bad time, Groose is going to kick off once he puts two and two together

Link walks away with a clear of his throat before dropping a slim piece of paper on the floor

Groose looks at me and then to Link and then back at me, this goes on for a good few minutes before he finally catches on

"Wait so you've been ditching me all night so you can see that twink!" He says and I sigh

"I'm not having this conversation with you, not now not ever" I tell him before walking away

"I'll tell your Father" he says and my heart drops

"Who would believe his own daughter or a stranger who took her to prom?" I say and he quiets down,

he would definitely believe Groose over me but I am not being blackmailed by a man who smells like hairspray 24/7! He probably has an extra can in his locker!

I walk back onto the makeshift dance floor, that my school has made, to try and find Impa, she probably isn't even suitable to drive

Someone takes my hand and spins me into them "Hey" Link says,

"I should've known it was you" I say my hand on his chest, I could feel his heartbeat

"Pleased?" He asked

"Very" I say with a small laugh "you know everyone is talking about you" I say "even my friend, she doesn't even go to this school" I say

"Oh my god! Zelda!" Impa yells running over to us "you did it!" She says "and as promised" she slurs taking out her wallet

"Bloody hell Imp don't just whip your wallet out right in the middle of the dance floor" I say

"Impa!" Fi yells, I feel sorry for her, she's been more like a parent at her own prom

I step away from Link before helping Impa stand up straight "come on Imp" I say and she hands me a silver Rupee (100) "Jesus Christ!" I say placing the rupee back inside her wallet

"I think I'm going to take her home" Fi says and I nod

"Have you had anything to drink, if you have I'm completely sober I'd be okay driving" I say and Fi shakes her head

"I haven't had the chance to drink" she says with a small laugh "could you help me getting her to the car though" she asks and I nod

"I'll be back in a sec" I tell Link

"I can carry her if you want" he says and I turn to Fi

"That would be very helpful thank you" Fi says struggling to find her car keys

Link swiftly picks Impa up and carries her to Fi's car

"Thank you so much" Fi says to both of us before driving Impa home

"Do you want to go somewhere?" He asks "not back in there" he says "like out there" he says pointing at the vast land

"Sure" I say and he leads me to this horse-like motorbike "on that?" I ask and he nods "I don't think so" I say

"You haven't even given her a chance" he says and I sigh, he helps me onto the bike before getting on himself

"Just hold onto me and you'll be fine" he says and I hug his waist tightly "give me some room to breathe" he says with a low chuckle

"Sorry" I say

"No it's okay, it's cute" he says and I blush not that he could see

He starts driving, luckiky my dress wasn't floor length and could easily be bunched up at my hips so it didn't get in the way of the wheels

He parks near a hill and we get off "what if I told you that wasn't my motorcycle?" He says

"I would think oh my Hylia I'm falling in love with a criminal" I say and his eyes widen for a second

He clears his throat before taking my hand and running up a hill, there was a heart shaped pond at the peak of the hill "lovers pond" I whisper

"You've been here?" He asks and I shake my head

"I've only read about this" I say taking in the beautiful scenery "it's more beautiful than I imagined" I say looking at the small fairy like creatures that lit up the area around the pond

"Was he your boyfriend?" He asks staring into the middle of the pond as if he doesn't want to hear the answer of his question

"Who Groose? God no! He was just the guy who my father wanted to take me to the prom" I say and he sighs in relief before turning to look at me

"Good, because I thought I was falling in love with a taken girl" he says stepping closer to me

"Am I ever going to see your face?" I ask

"If your lucky" he says before leaning into kiss me, his kisses were intoxicating, every time we part I want more straight after

I check the time to see thats it's actually quarter to ten "I need to go" I say, if Father knew I wasn't with Groose at this time he will surely ground me

"Do you want me to take you home?" He asks and I shake my head, I'm not risking Father seeing him,

The more I look at him the more I realise that my father will never accept him he has earrings, he drives a motorcycle and...he has a tattoo!

"How old are you?" I ask and he looks at me with confusion

"17" he says and my eyes widen, the legal age to get a tattoo is 18

"So you illegally got that tattoo?" I ask looking at the triforce tattoo on his hand

"I guess you could say that" he says and I smile at him, "how old are you?" He asks

"16" I whisper as he pulls out a packet of cigarettes

"Do you want one?" He asks and I shake my head

"I don't smoke" I say as he continues to light his cigarette "I think I'm going to go home" I whisper "it was wonderful meeting you" I say

"Please let me take you at least part way home, it's dark and theres some perv out there that will not hesitate to harass a young girl" he says

"Okay," I say before getting back on his motorcycle
