The soft glow of dim lights illuminated Klaus's art studio, casting a mysterious ambiance that danced across the canvases adorning the walls. The scent of dried paint and creativity lingered in the air as Klaus focused on his latest masterpiece. The tranquil atmosphere, however he was interrupted by the sudden entrance of Hayley.

"Klaus," she spoke, her voice carrying a mixture of weariness and frustration. Klaus turned to face her, a slight smirk playing on his lips, his piercing blue eyes gleaming in the subdued light.

"What are you doing here little wolf?" Klaus inquired, curiosity lacing his words.

Hayley's shoulders slumped, and she sighed, her expression revealing the fatigue that weighed on her. "Do you think you can hide me here for a while? I don't want to deal with Elijah and Jackson's nonsense right now."

Klaus's smirk widened, finding amusement in her exhaustion. He regarded her with a knowing look. "My noble brother and your loyal mutt, hm? I'm presumed they're fighting over who gets to take care of you?"

Hayley looked down, her gaze fixed on the floor. "Yeah, that's pretty much it. They just see me as this vulnerable little thing that needs protecting from this big big bad world. It's getting annoying, Klaus, really annoying."

A soft chuckle escaped Klaus, understanding the sentiment. He crossed his arms, contemplating the situation. "So you want me to hide you here, away from them, so you can have some peace and quiet?"

Hayley nodded, her eyes meeting his with expectation. "Yes, exactly! Can you please hide me here? I'm so tired of fighting them constantly. I just want some time alone without anyone treating me like I'm a damn child."

Klaus smiled, finding it endearing that Hayley sought refuge with him. He stepped aside, gesturing for her to enter. "Yeah, sure. I will hide you here. Don't fret they won't find you here and even if they do find you here they wouldn't be able to come near you little wolf. I promise, I will make sure of that."

Gratitude filled Hayley's eyes as she stepped into Klaus's art studio. "Thank you, Klaus. I really appreciate it." She flash her smiled sincerely to him.

Klaus closed the door behind her, ensuring her seclusion. "You're welcome. But I expect something in return for my help."

Hayley turned, raising an eyebrow at Klaus, curious about his request. "Oh? And what is that? What do you want from me in exchange of your help?"

Klaus's smile widened, his eyes gleaming in the darkness. "Well, let's just say, I wouldn't mind taking you to bed after you're exhausted from the stress of dealing with Elijah and Jackson constant bickering. How does that sound for you love?"

Hayley's jaw drops open, taken aback by the statement. She was surprised Klaus would want to sleep with her again, considering their one night stand at Mystic Falls lead them having an accidental pregnancy which let them having their beautiful babygirl Hope. But she wasn't opposed to the idea that Klaus propose to her, especially the constant bickering between Elijah and Jackson that she had to dealt with make her tired and she figure she could use some relaxation. She gives him a small smirk of response.
