"𝐇𝐄𝐘... 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓'𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒...?" Isagi spoke, trying his best to understand the situation at hand.

"Reo... Why isn't he with you??" Isagi spoke again, not knowing how to feel about the revelation.

The very last team, the team that should've contained the last person he was waiting on, Kunigami. He watched them walk throught the door individually.

First, Igaguri, who he was admittedly suprised to see. Then, it was someone he didn't know, Reo followed afterwards.

Next was Akito. Isagi had already expected the man to be on the team. There was no way he'd fail the selection. Not how he was, not with the skill he was hiding. The tall man casually walking through, his eyed half-lidded as always, scanning the room with no interest.

It had to be him. Kunigami had to be the last one to walk through. He wouldn't let his story end here. He was gonna be a hero, right?

"The hero? It's over for him," Shidou speaks as he appears, walking out of the tunnel towards Isagi, a malicious grin spreading on his face as he watched Isagi's own expression fall.

"We-" He points at Adonis, the eyes of all the spectators following the gesture "We sent him right to hell."

Isagi's eyes meet Adonis's for a split second, the hurt evident in the eyes of the former, as if Adonis had betrayed him or something of the sort.

The look enticed a small smile out of the Saint, finding some type of joy in Isagi's shared anguish.

Isagi's conversation with Shidou continued, the relentless mocking by the latter causing Isagi's anger to rise as time passed.

Eventually, Shidou being who he is, causes the to situation nearly escalate into a brawl, stopped only by the large screen in the center of the room crackling to life.

On it, Ego's face appeared, his normal calm demeanor sat upon his features, speaking of how fighting would result in explusion.

"After all, your soccer careers are in danger of dissapearing like worthless trash, along with Blue Lock."

He elaborates on his words, explaining how he initially wanted there to only be five Blue Lockers remaining, but how the plan had changed.

He continued, telling them about the efforts to put Blue Lock to a complete and abrupt end that were made by the higher-ups within Japanese football.

"So, I decided to send them a challenge, and the existence of Blue Lock will ride on the outcome." He spoke, the mystery in his words raising the shared anticipation of the teens.

"The U-20 team of Japan, versus the Blue Lock eleven in a special send-off match."

But the words he spoke next, words that ingrained themseleves into the minds of the players, sparking new deisires deep within their hearts.

Well, the hearts of everyone except Adonis Saint, of course.

"You can steal the honor of representing Japan in the U-20 world cup," Ego spoke, continuing to inform them of the conditions.

"The team you'll be facing however, will be adding another member," He speaks, rasing the interest even more, "Sae Itoshi will be joining the U-20 team."
