The Miracle Child

Finn opened the door to the mansion inviting all of us in including Freya who is just a witch. They must have spelled the house so no one enters unless they were invited in.

He led us to the living room and as soon as Esther saw me the smile on her face was immediately wiped away for a second. "Children, what a pleasure." she said. The woman is beautiful and elegant. All of her kids are beatiful and I now understand where they get their looks from.

"Wine?" Esther offered but was completely ignored.

"Dahlia is awake and she took her daughter. We need to know where we can find her, of course a locator spell doesn't work because she has cloacked herself." Elijah spoke.

"You didn't know Dahlia is awake did you?" Klaus asked his shocked mother. "Well surprise mother. Now I need to know the location of Ayah."

"I don't know how to find her or where to find her. Dahlia is more powerful than all of us put together." Esther said with a hint of fear. "But we needn't fear her. I prepared for when she came."

"How?" Freya clenched her jaws "Are you going to give me away like you did a thousand years ago?" she was scared and angry.

Esther walked around the table and gently held Freya's face "No, no. That is a mistake I will never repeat. Even though you all hate me I still do everything for your happiness. Everything I do is to ensure your safety and happiness and if anyone wants to harm you they will have to come through me." 

"And yet you have Kol and Rebekah daggered in boxes down in your basement." Klaus spat.

My heart sank, if this woman can do this to her own kids what hope do I have for my own if this is the help we came seeking for.

"And I will release them when the time is right, when Dahlia is no longer a threat." Klaus couldn't take it anymore and he sped and chocked his mother. When Finn tried to help, Elijah pinned him to the wall.

"What preparation do you speak of?" I asked, I need to know what she meant by preparing for Dahlia's return.

Klaus let her go so she can speak, she coughed a few times before she began while Elijah released Finn. "I think I can tell you everything  seeing my plan is already in motion. Almost eleven years ago I kidnapped Riley and Klaus for a month. I used some magic and today's technology with the help of a compelled doctor to do...." she trailed off looking at Finn.

"Artificial insemination" he reminded her.

"Oh yes, I would have done it with either Kol, Elijah or my dearest Finn." she looked at me faking a smile. Why is she looking at me when she says that and why would I care if it was either." but Klaus was a better candidate because he's part wolf and werewolves have the ability to procreate which he has as well."

"Continue" Elijah stated when Esther took a seat pouring herself some wine.

"I took his semen, well the doctor did and I did some spells and put it into you." She looked at me once again with that smile I now hate so much. " We had to wait a week or two and I took more than that to see if our work paid off and it did. I also did a spell on you so that you forget everything. I knew there was a chance you could turn and I did a stronger spell on you so that even when you turned you wouldn't remember."

"What was the need of all this?" I asked, I was on the edge of killing.

"I made Klaus forget so that he wouldn't care nor know about his child that way it would have been easier. I was going to trade Ayah as you call her for Freya's freedom. I know you understand Riley as you have killed many people I sent to get Ayah for me." She stood in my face. "I sent Cassandra to kill you so you wouldn't give birth that way Dahlia wouldn't have any magic to consume or any first born to take."

I punched my hand into her chest still holding her heart in place. "I could kill you right now, but you will help me find my daughter or your Freya dies." I threatened. I removed my hand.

"Why me?" 

"Because you were available and stupid to have fallen inlove with my son. I had a girl in mind for him but they killed him." she looked at her children. "You were just a lost course Riley, I need power, I'm a thousand years old and the only thing keeping me alive is taking witches, young witches's power. What good would you have brought me?"

Was I already inlove with Klaus before I fell pregnant?

"Well guess what? I'm still alive and your little witch is dead." I said and she smacked me across the face, I lost it and snapped her neck. "She'll live right?" I asked the siblings and Klaus smirked as an answer, I missed those dimples. But I still hate him.

"How do we find Dahlia" I asked.

"We lure her in, using me as bait. Dahlia may have Ayah, but she still needs me too." Freya said with a deep sigh. I know she was scared and so was I for losing my daughter permanantly.

"Tell me you already have a plan in mind, because I can't think straight at all." I said calmly with a bit of hope.

"I think I might have something cooking up in mind." Elijah spoke. He looked at all of us "And mother is going to help like it or not, or I will kill her favourite son." He looked at Finn who swallowed hard then at me. "And you Riley, if you harm as little as a hair on Freya I will kill you." 

"And I thought you were friends" Finn mocked.
