I laid back in the chair as the hair dresser washed my hair. It was calming which made me close my eyes as soon as he started messaging my head. It was a guy that did my hair, he was very good at his job and most customers preferred him.

Suddenly I felt like someone's gaze was on me, I opened my eyes and scanned the room but no one seemed interested in me. Some customers were reading magazines, some were speaking amongst themselves and my sister was on her phone smiling like an idiot.

Somehow my gaze went out the large window that covered the entire left side of the salon when your facing the door, the front was also made of glass leaving just two sides with brick walls.

From across the road stood the blond guy that I had ran into the Grill yesterday. Was he staring at me? But from across the road, he shouldn't see me. No he doesn't see me. It's too far from where I am for someone who's outside to see what's happening inside or who is inside from where he stood.

His gaze felt plastered on me though, his face didn't show any emotions. He was creeping me out, I looked back inside to see if anyone else noticed him but everyone was too busy. When I looked outside again he was no more.

"Darling you move your head a lot, can you stay put for me yeah?" The hair dresser said, releasing me from my scared mind.

"Yeah, sorry."

"No need to apologize sweetheart." He said, his voice was very nice and friendly "So are we making any changes to the hair?"

"No, as it was please." I looked up at him and he nodded with a smile.

"Thank you, I love the nails." I said to the nail artist.

"I'm glad you like it." She said. "Are the two of you going to an event?"

I shrugged "My sister is going to a party, one of her friends is throwing one. I'm just here to keep her company as she prepares. It's a formal party."

She smiled "Are you not going?" she asked and I shook my head. "Why not, you should go and have fun."

Elena jumped in the conversation. "I tried to convince her but she refused, maybe you can convice her." she said with excitement. She did some changes to her hair, her hair is always straight but she curled it up. The curls suit her. I have always had curls, I have never worn my hair straight.

"If your sister couldn't convice you, would anyone ever?" she asked me making me smile.

"No" both Elena and I say.

"Once Riley makes up her mind there is no changing it."

"Then I guess I will just waste my breath." She said sarcastically making us laugh.

"Thank you so much for doing our nails, wanna get some ice cream?" Elena said. I was tired I just needed to go home and rest, but Elena will wonder why I got tired so easily. After all we did was go to the hair salon and nail salon.

To me, school has been tiring the more further I was with my pregnancy. So I would go straight home after, but today seems to be a long day for me. Elena still has to meet up with her friends so that they would go to the mall for dresses.

Upon entering the Grill, Elena scanned the area and found an empty table. We changed plans, I agreed to get ice cream but when we got there I didn't want any. Elena understood even though she was a bit confused and didn't press the matter. So we dcided to get some food here.

"I'll go and order some food, it seems like no one is coming to get our order." Elena left and came soon after. "They will bring our food, the place is packed and they are short with one staff who fell sick. On a Friady like this it's overwhelming for them." I simply nodded.

After eating, we waited for Caroline and Bonnie to come and meet her here. Jenna was picking me up so Elena didn't have to worry about my way home.

The girls left about fifteen minutes ago, I have been sitting and waiting. Jenna sent me a text saying she was going to be late and if I could get a lift from a friend or something. What friend Jenna?

I walked outside and looked to see if there were any taxis around, not seeing one I began walking down the street. Home is far indeed, maybe about eight blocks from the Grill so hopefully I catch a taxi along the way.

As I was walking it felt like someone was following me, I have never been parannoid but now it's like I am. I keep thinking someone is watching or following me. I turned and looked back at the few people that are behind me, they keep passing me not minding my presence at all.

I keep walking until I'm in an empty street. Suddenly I'm fatigued, my vision start to blury and my world seems to be spinning.

Before I could hit the ground, I feel strong hands catch me. I try to look up but I couldn't see who it was.

I opened my eyes and looking at the ceiling. A beeping sound rings in my ears. "Thank goodness you are okay, I was so scared." Jenna hugged me. I reached for my face to remove the Oxygen tube they had put on me. "No, no, no. Don't remove it. Keep it on, the doctor said you couldn't breathe on your own so you need this." I nodded.

The door opened and Stefan walked in. "Stefan found you and rushed you to the hospital. The doctor said if he didn't bring you sooner we would have lost you." Jenna explained.

I looked to Stefan trying to smile in appreciation, a tear fell down my side of the face. Why am I suddenly emotional?
