Prologue/Chapter 0 Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel

I looked down at my short boyfriend, Lucifer, blinking quickly as he looked at me with hope in his eyes. After getting over my shock, I looked at him with confusion. "You want me to go to the hotel Charlie made to look after her? You know she's an adult, right?" I asked him but he just frowned and walked over to me, hugging my stomach.

He gave me puppy dog eyes. "Please do this for me, (Y/N). I want to know my daugh- I mean I want to know she's safe! Yeah, I want to know she's safe..." He told me as his voice faded out in the last sentence.

I laughed then took his top hat before I kissed his forehead. "Fine, I'll do it. I'll give you updates everyday and tell you what she likes." I told him which made his eyes light up from the immense joy he felt.

He jumped into my arms and I immediately caught him the he gave me a quick kiss. "I couldn't be happier to have an amazing boyfriend like you." He told me with a toothy and goofy grin on his adorable face.

I gave him a soft smile then thought about something. "How will I get into a hotel to rehabilitate sinners when I'm a Hell born?" I asked him which he only kept his grin up. Of course he already planned this all out.

I knocked on the door of the hotel, feeling very nervous. My contact with Charlie and Vaggie has been a bit limited so I wasn't sure how they'd feel about me suddenly showing up here.

As I was over thinking, the door opened and I was met face to face with a surprised Charlie. "Oh, hey (Y/N)! This is... unexpected!" She said nervously before she opened the door fully for me so I walked in. We now started walking in the lobby. "So, what brings you here? Did you and dad get into a fight?" She asked me which I immediately shook my head, making her let out a sigh of relief. For some reason I thought she would've been mad I'm here.

I smiled at her warmly. "I'm actually here to help. I was thinking that I could help promote your hotel. With my popularity, we might be able to convince people this hotel is worth a shot." I told her, making her stop in her tracks. She looked at me with happy tears in her eyes.

She run up to me and suddenly hugged me tightly. "Thank you, thank you, thank you! You're the best step dad ever!" She shouted happily as held onto me tightly. That's when everyone else came to see what was going on, seeing her hugging me and crying.

Half of the new faces were shocked but Vaggie just looked at me with confusion. I was kinda shocked by the 'step dad' part since me and Lucifer aren't even engaged yet. "Y-Yes, I'm here to help. I can sing in the lobby or on adds. Since I'm a Hell born demon, I don't think I can be redeemed but I will help if you want me to." I told her before patting her head awkwardly. It's all I could really do.

She pulled away from me and wiped her tears. "Thank you. I really appreciate your help." She said with a happy smile on her face then looked at the other people in the room. "Everyone, come meet (Y-" She was cut off by someone as they walked over to us.

"Is that the (Y/N) (L/N)?! Hottest male singer in hell?!" It what a spider demon that was pink and white who had an accent that made him sound like he was from the mob. I think I've seen them somewhere before but I can't remember. The spider demon walked up to me in a seductive way. "I'm Angel Dust, a sinner looking to be redeemed. Maybe you'll make help me repent~." He said suggestively but I stepped back, my hands raised in defense.

"I'm sorry but I'm currently in a relationship. You're very flattering though." I told him which made him slump and walk away slowly.

This time it was Vaggie who walked up to me. "Is it true that you want to help or is this just to stay on your boyfriend's good side?" She asked me to which Charlie lightly elbowed Vaggie who rubbed where she was elbowed. "Sorry." She kinda apologized for her question.
