We have begun the siege, I had only a 4 hour sleep before being woken by a courier, carrying a message from Napoleon. He stated that Savannah MUST be taken by the tenth. This order was illogical and will result in many lives lost. Well that would apply to inefficient officers. I could do this if I had another week but I have 4 days. So I have to begin a rushed plan. The Agent came back with their supplies sabotaged, but with the limited time, he could hardly start a riot. He managed to smuggle some gun powder, but that's about it. He retrieved a report that sickened me. Apparently a officer was is a agent of the British, and I know who he is. Captain Leopold Butch, of Hessian-Prussian decent. According to his former story, he was a Hessian soldiers shipped here, realized the British cause was not right, and joined us with the rank of Captain. Bunch of shit. I will have him arrested. The sun is rising, I will have to continue this after the siege. . .

Victory! With their artillery sabotaged, their fortifications were destroyed quickly. 45 Patriots inside the city took arms and killed some the British. distracting them and starting a small battle inside the city. Their force turned to face them, but with their weakened force, we broke through their weaknesses! With the cannons clearing a few holes in the wall, our men marched through it and took on the British! Steel versus steel! As well, our artillery crews picked off a ship trying to leave the city. We figure it is the British General Henry March. Never the less, when the smoke cleared, we reigned victorious. We took 450 causalities and we supposedly counted 1,209 bodies. Their army also surrendered, 200 agreeing to transfer into the army. The rest were arrested. We boarded the ship that was trying to leave also. And what did you know, the General was in there. Napoleon will be glad.
