Its been near a damn month since I have used my diary. I was recently mobilized with my 2,000 men to Savannah, Georgia. It is hot and disgusting here. It's unbearable as well. The Natives tried fighting, but we didn't take much. Only 50 men were injured and I am sure they took over 3,000 were injured or killed. The new General, Napoleon, has now replaced George Washington in the army, but not the continental army. But, he came with prepared! He recently took back the Appalachian territory. As well, joint commanding of the Spanish force has gotten Spain to take Washington from a 100,000 Russian man force. He is making a name of himself. But my campaign is going well with the forces and equipment I have as well. The British and Natives completely control the south. Or well Georgia and La Florida. I have 1,000 men with ragged clothing, raw or expired food, dent and just in terrible condition. We managed to keep the gunpowder clean, but we are running out of supplies. Their force is 4,000 stationed men that are well fed and 3,000 of which is native to the region. I have 16 Cannons, 4 of which are howitzers. I suppose using incendiary shells on Savannah and burning them till they surrender, then looting, will work. The Natives are stationed in supposedly la Florida. If we refortify Savannah, we can be prepared for them. As well, we have a fleet to bombard their coast, and to be used to bombard the coast of the rivers. Easily, this will be won by the end of January.
