The smoke signal was quickly detected by the eagles who immediately informed their king about it. Muir, being one of the strongest beasts of the tribe, did not hesitate to volunteer himself for the rescue of the female, for which his permission was granted without any problem, but the sudden motion of the white eagle's wings caught the king by surprise.
King Tariq had been aware of the unusual behavior of his righthand man, Ziven, for several days already, however the beast overlooked it thinking that it was due to the upcoming expedition to hunt Colossals along with the Leopard King. Regardless, the fact that he stepped up to save the female was not something normal of him because the white eagle greatly preferred to stay on the attack lines instead of remaining in defense of the City of Beasts and rescuing females.
"Muir, Ziven will accompany you." The Eagle King proclaimed.

"What?" the eagle disliked his king's words, as it was obvious that he would end up frightening the female to death with his presence.
However, for Tariq it was strange that Ziven would come to ask for something, or rather that he would manage to understand what he wanted and with the insistence he now showed him, the king let the beast likewise attend the rescue thanks to the fact that he owed him both his life and his current position as king.
Thus, both males took flight, aware that the journey would take them a couple of days to complete due to the distance they had to travel.
