River Faye Monroe's backstory ~
Her POV
Before Outer Banks, I've moved state to state for as long as I could remember. Purely because my father is a busy man and has a lot of job opportunities in numerous states.
Until, an old family friend pleads me and my father to move back to Obx, Where I grew up with the richest on the island, the Cameron's.
I can't really remember a lot from my childhood. Because I got into a car accident when I was about 9. I had a head injury which causes me to not remember much. We moved after the crash. To avoid being the talk of the town and because my parents wanted a "fresh start".
In which, we've had plenty of those.
My mother owns a healthcare business worldwide so it doesn't matter to her that we move because everywhere we go, one of her buildings is there.
I haven't really gotten into what my dad does, but I just know it's "really important".
After my junior year, my parents decided we would move from Arizona to North Carolina.
