MONTHS PASSED AND Kaori trained continuously with Giyuu, during the training, she somehow accidentally created a new breathing style – shocking Giyuu who didn't expect her to make a breathing style so soon.
She was practicing water breathing first but when she swung her blade, she started having thoughts about something else – causing the blue water flowing from her blade to turn red, emitting a flowery floral scent.
Kaori was shocked, throwing the katana to the floor as she looked at the water hashira. She still remembers his words until now, "Looks like you've made a breathing technique. You're one talented tsuguko."
Kaori smiled as she walked out of her room, dressed in her usual training clothes. A loose plain maroon red shirt and black hakama pants. She put on her Zori sandals as Giyuu came down the stairs, looking right at her.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm going to train my breathing techniques!!" She smiled slightly, looking at Giyuu while swaying her katana, "Don't worry. I'll be back before dark."
"Hm." He nodded, "It's not like demons would wander near our headquarters. Go ahead."
"Thanks, see you!!" Kaori waved goodbye as she shut the door behind her close, her footsteps getting farther and farther away from the door as Giyuu stared blankly at the closed door.
As Kaori hurried out of the water estate, she went inside the forest to find a quiet but nearby place to practice her breathing techniques. She looked at the skies, the big dark clouds covering it as she sighed.
'I better start right now... It looks like it's going to rain soon...'

A boy with long dark black hair that ended up with an opaque mint-green color at the edges or tips of his hair continuously hit the hard trunk of a tree using a wooden katana. The trunk was wrapped with hard thick rope.
He was wearing a hospital fit, bandages wrapped around his arms as he continued to slam the surface of his wooden sword into the trunk.
'Why can't I remember anything!? Even if my mind forgets, my body must remember!!'
He grunted, hitting the trunk repeatedly even though he was tired and panting heavily. The harsh raindrops crashed onto him like a rain of nonstop bullets.
He was in agony. He was so confused. He was anxious too. Why can't he remember anything about what happened to him before he ended up in the slayer's headquarters?
He didn't cry, he never did. It doesn't seem to come out as sadness but as an overwhelming pit of anger that never seems to calm down inside of him. That's the reason he's confused, he's mad about something he doesn't remember.
Even though Amane and the other Ubuyashiki's kids tried to stop him, he wouldn't listen to them – he wanted to remember his stories, he wanted to remember why he was so angry.
That's when he saw a glint of blue light glowing in the distance. From the corner of his eyes, the small light still caught his attention. His eyes widened, dropping his stance as he looked towards the spot where the glowing blue light emerged from.
'What's that?'
The blue light never seemed to fade as his eyes glinted with curiosity. Curiosity got the better of him as he started walking towards the light source, his used wooden sword companying him.
Wary footsteps as he approached the source of the light. As he walked closer, the light got brighter and brighter until he saw, the source of the bright light.
