Jiang Cheng doesn't know when exactly Lan Huan decided to wear his glasses at home.
Usually, he'd always wear contacts, the glasses were rarely used, but now, they never leave his face. Not that Jiang Cheng had an issue with that, not in the slightest! The glasses framed Lan Huan's face perfectly, the thin silver frame giving him an air of elegance that steals away the breath in Jiang Cheng's lungs.
Jiang Cheng also found it... kind of cute, the glasses made Lan Huan's eyes look bigger, and it made his pathetic puppy-dog look even harder to resist, it's like Jiang Cheng could see the dewiness in Lan Huan's eyes before it even happened. But you see, Lan Huan was not only cute in these glasses, no, Lan Huan was devastatingly hot in them as well, and Jiang Cheng has been trying really, really hard not to let that affect him.
It's like – like Lan Huan knows because of the things he does thing with his glasses; it was almost as if he was purposely trying to provoke Jiang Cheng. There was (mostly) no doubt about it, there were days when Lan Huan would have his glasses in his hand and would nibble on its end while doing paperwork or reading a novel, like shouldn't the glasses be on your face, Lan Huan?! Or that time when he wore them in public, on a date, and Jiang Cheng had to hold himself back from asking Lan Huan to fuck him in the restaurant's washroom, instead of waiting to go home. It was driving Jiang Cheng mad.
Lan Huan had yet to say anything of it, he didn't question Jiang Cheng when he would sometimes run his fingers down the ends of his glasses when they kissed, or how Jiang Cheng never bothered to take off Lan Huan's glasses at all.
All this led up to one faithful night, after dinner, Jiang Cheng was on the couch scrolling through Netflix, bored really, with nothing catching his eye. He only stopped his endless searching when Lan Huan joined him, and he was wearing those goddamn glasses as well. Jiang Cheng bit his lip and turned his attention back to the TV.
Jiang Cheng tried not to startle when he felt Lan Huan place his hand on his thigh, feeling the warmth of Lan Huan's hand through his sweatpants.
"What are we watching tonight, A‐Cheng?" Lan Huan asked, his fingers trailing along Jiang Cheng's thigh.
Jiang Cheng almost wanted to throttle Lan Huan; he wasn't even sure if he could speak, but somehow, he managed. "H-How about a drama?"
"Mm." Lan Huan wasn't listening to Jiang Cheng at all, he instead moved closer to him as Jiang Cheng hurriedly clicked on the first drama he saw on Netflix. Jiang Cheng hoped Lan Huan wouldn't notice the slight tremble of his hand.
Lan Huan didn't even bother to turn his attention to the television, instead continued to trace patterns on Jiang Cheng's thigh, and Jiang Cheng felt like he was on fire. Everywhere Lan Huan touched felt like it was set ablaze, and he tried to calm himself down. Jiang Cheng would be lying if he said it worked, after a few more minutes, he couldn't take it anymore.
Before Jiang Cheng could do anything, Lan Huan spoke. "A‐Cheng? Are you okay? You seem distracted..."
Jiang Cheng knew the tone of voice Lan Huan was using, feigning innocence before he ate Jiang Cheng whole. Jiang Cheng responded, trying to appear unaffected. "I'm fine."
