First there's team blue!
I was thinking a mix of all of the elements n stuff rather than a hydro/cryo based only team so here's what I have for team blue:
Goggles: Bennett (But imagine him as a hydro element). Also my HC is that Goggles sounds like him (I know the voice actor, the english version, of Bennett is a female)
Specs: Diona (Don't ask why just imagine it) ...maybe Mika (the specs fans are gonna jump me I'm so sorry y'all (〒﹏〒))
Bobble hat: Yaoyao (Again this is a HC of mine that bobble sounds like her) OR- Hu tao
Headphones: Nilou (Picture it and you'll see) I was also thinking Xiangling mainly because Bobble is Yaoyao
Team S4 (plus Rider)
Aloha: Lyney (Fruity ah character fit for a fruity ah pink inkling) I was also thinking Kaveh and or Yae Miko
Army: Albedo or Alhaitham (I kinda forgot Albedo is in the game because no one that I know has him)
Skull: Razor or Cyno (I feel like Razor fits him better but minus the voice)
Mask: Qiqi (LEMME EXPLAIN- ONLY BECAUSE I labeled Bobble as Yaoyao because fun fact about Yaoyao and Qiqi is that they're best friends!) or Xiao (Picture it and you'll see also because I labeled Bobble hat as Hu tao)
Rider: Hmmmm– Diluc? Maybe a dendro character but I'm not sure who... I'm kinda stuck on this one so suggest me a character for him!
X-blood:
Vintage: Wanderer (First thing that came into my head honestly, I think minus the voice, I think he would sound more like Ayato maybe?)
Omega: Shenhe (It fits so well like hm hello????? Also in terms of voices I feel like she would sound like Ninnguang but Shenhe fits her too!) Or Ayaka because I said Vintage would sound like Ayato
Resole: Dori (mainly for voice), in terms of character I feel like maybe Charlotte?
Double egg: Heizou? Maybe Kazuha? I think Heizou fits him better
Other characters:
Gloves: Gaming/ Ga ming (His whole vibe would match him honestly) or Childe
Emperor: Zhongli (Sorry not sorry yall)
Prince: Xiao (mainly for the dynamic between him and Zhongli) but Noelle does fit him better (Picture it yall)
N- Pacer: Ninnguang (but her voice is Beidou)
Eging Jr: Arataki Itto (At this point the whole team Emperor is all Geo lol)
Best 8:
Mitsuami: Sucrose (Her voice would kind of fit her)
Ocho: Albedo (Totally not because Mitsuami is Sucrose hahahah-)
8 Bit: Fischl (mainly for the personality) or Charlotte
Shady: Freminet (The voice is everything to me, I feel like they would get along with each other)
Shellmet: Navia (Navia's whole existence is literally her, the voice is a little miss fitting for her but everything else amazing)
Wireglasses: Kaeya (I ran out of ideas)
Barrelye: ... Am I gonna do him dirty? Absolutely SO I SAY- ...Mika (I'm gonna get my ass beaten for this)
Horn helmet: Deyha or Candace!!! (I think Deyha fits her character better-)
