ooo. After a moment and they all mostly were awake, well- yao gui wasn't anywhere to be seen for right now. "Oh yeah! And what was that little girls voice we heard before?" Paimon asks and before yelan could answer, someone else did- "that was my voice" yao gui calls out, making everyone look at her, "hey, uh- what's a kid like you doing here??" The horned man asks while the others looked at her, "what am i doing here? Well, the chasm is my home! Hehe, oh! And my name's Yao Gui, hehe!!" She says as she places her fisted hands on her hips, grinning at them- though her answer surprises them, except for yelan
"Really?! But the chasms dangerous!!" Paimon exclaims, "hey! How come some kid's fine living here, i couldnt even stay here to help my savior?!" The man complains, yao gui's eyes turned right to his horns, "she can stay here because this is her home. That and she's not the general public" yelan tells the man harshly
"..." the traveler stayed quietly, only eyeing yao gui, where her eyes moved downwards towards the undershirt she had, which had some faded light yellowish-green doodles that looked to have been by a child, before her eyes moved to the vision on her hip.
Before the man could argue back with yelan, she clears her throat, "back to what's happened. It seems the ground had collapsed during our little confrontation up there, perhaps because we triggered the elemental forces..." yelan trails off as she switched the focus back to their problem at hand, making the man scoff as he crosses his arms, "Well don't look at me. If you weren't so rude, maybe i wouldn't have gotten mad. Who can put up with that kind of 'tude?" He complains to yelan, making yao gui straighten up as she began to feel worry about what might happen to him. After all, she was sure yelan was much stronger than him
"It's my duty to stop intruders from breaking into important places. If telling the truth sounds rude, i'm afraid you're just a little too fragile" yelan snaps back( GO YELAN ) to him as she too crosses her arms, "ack!! Don't fight miss. Yelan, and horns guy! If your going to fight- please don't do it in the chasms!!" Yao gui exclaims in worry of fighting, but the two ignore her, "hey! Life's too short to give in all the time!" He snaps back, placing his hands on his hips, now yao gui was pouting
"Miss. Yanfei, isn't there some sort of law about damaging your home or something?" Yao gui exclaims as she went up to the pink haired lady, who looks down at her, "there is, don't worry yao gui. I'm sure they won't fight... probably..." yanfei says in a unsure way, trying to comfort yao gui
"Boss, i'm afraid you're not going to win this argument, i suggest you stop provoking her. Plus, it seems the little girls not afraid to sue you if you destroy some of her home" the green haired woman tells him( MY GURL KUKI ) calmly
"Hey! Whose side are you on here?!"
"I'm simply pointing out the facts, but you're making my life difficult by starting random fights with everyone" the woman tells him calmly again, paimon laughs a bit, "heh, looks like itto can't argue against yelan or shinobu, and that yao gui might just get him in trouble with the law if he destroys some of the Chasm. He's in a real tough spot now" paimon tells the traveler
"So itto and shinobu are kinda like you and me" the traveler retorts to her companion as she places her hands on her hips, though her words annoy paimon, making her stomp her feet in the air, "huh? Hey! What do you mean?! Don't you dare compare Paimon to Itto!!"
"Whoa, whoa! What do YOU mean?! You lookin' for a fight too?!" Itto argues as he was kind of insulted, yao gui looks at him with the blink of her eyes, "p-paimon was just saying how it is... everyone knows you're a bit of an idiot..."
Yanfei shakes her head as itto was arguing and insulting her, making paimon also snap back. "Let's talk to Yelan, Yao gui" yanfei tells her quietly, "alright miss. Yanfei!" She exclaims as she walks with yanfei up to Yelan, "we seem to be a long way down from where we fell. It's impossible to see what's going on up above" yanfei tells Yelan, who had her arms crossed as she then looked down at Yao gui, "Yao gui. Do you know another way up above? A secret way?" Yelan asks, and she shakes her head, "i don't usually explore the lower levels of the chasms. So i don't know any secret passages up there, and i'm not like miss. Cloud retainer or mr. Xiao, sorry" yao gui says as she looks up at Yelan with a small frown, "it's fine, no need to apologize," Yelan tells her, making her smile as she didn't feel as guilty anymore as yelan and yanfei turned to face the others, yao gui also does as well
"I'm sorry to interrupt your lovely little chat here. But i think there's something you may want to know. The chasm is regarded as a mysterious area in Liyue. It was sealed off for years due to a mining accident. Whatever goes down here, i suggest you remember this- you didn't see anything, you didn't hear anything, and you're not going to ask any questions. Save you from getting caught up in things you shouldn't know about. I won't treat you as hostiles, and in exchange, i hope you won't make things difficult when it comes to keeping secrets. I'll do what i can to find a way out. Yao gui, do you want to come?" Yelan asks, "sure!" Said girl exclaims as she walks next to yelan
"Huh? Where do they think their going?" Itto complains as the duo walk away, "like Yelan says, to search for a exit. Chances are that Yelan is the best among us at survival and handling emergencies, and Yao gui's lived here for a very long time so she knows this place the best. We should just let them go." Yanfei says before she tells them about how there's a policy of customer secrecy and that's why she didn't tell them the truth at first
Yao gui pauses as she looks at yanfei as she told the others that she was actually here to search for something called the Fantastic Compass. Which was mentioned in the will of her client, and how the person who had it prior to the death of her client went missing in the chasms, before she explained about how there had been many wars had been fought in the vicinity of the chasms- making yao gui straighten up as she felt worry
Basically, after yanfei explained more and how they all should help find a way out, itto caved in as well, "-you said Yelan works for the ministry of civil affairs. Paimon could tell she's tougher than most. Her job sounds demanding!" Paimon says in wonder. The teal haired girl returns to helping Yelan find a way out of here. Though even with her unique skills, she didn't really know how to get out of here since she hadn't explored this part of the chasm all that much
The others made some conversations that our little yao gui didn't really listen. "Hmmm... perhaps this was another sealed location... but a undocumented one... what could be in here?" Yelan ponders, making yao gui look forward at her, "nuh uh. I haven't really explored here yet. But there's that" yao gui says as she points up ahead at a mysterious passage, making yelan raise a brow, "oh... opps. I think it's just a passage... sorry, hehe" she giggles as she swayed on her feet as she gave the woman a apologetic look, "it's fine" yelan breaths out
The two went over to the rest of them, "can i tell them?" Yao gui whispers to yelan, making the woman look down, only nodding as she crossed her arms, of course this makes the shorter snicker in excitement, "hey! Miss. Yanfei! People from land of electro, and weirdly dressed travelers! We found a passage!" She exclaims, making them all look at her, "what's with the weird nicknames?" The traveler asks, though she just gets ignored
