Michaels pov:
For once in like, ever, I woke up before Noah.
I picked up my phone to see the time,
5:06am
Oh, I'm up early I guess.
Now that I think of it, it's kinda cold...
I have two thin blankets and a comforter over me. How am I cold?

I look over at Noah. He's sleeping peacefully with his long red and blonde hair over his face. His mouth partly open to breathe as he slept.

I get up as quiet as I possibly can without waking Noah up. I walk over to the blackout covered windows in the room and peck out them.
Snow? And a lot of it.

I glance around more of the yard that's only lit by the back porch lights.
There had to be at least a foot already. I haven't seen this much snow all winter. I kinda just thought stupid global warming was finally taking effect on our winters.

I love snow though! Maybe if I push Noah's buttons enough, he'll go out with me in the snow. I know Hannah will. She loves throwing snow at me like we're little kids.

I try to climb back into bed without waking Noah up. He grabs my waist and pulls me close to him.
"What do you think you're doing?" Noah asks, his eyes still shut.
"Noah I'm coldddd..." Noah had me stuck on top of all the blankets.

It's around 9:30am now. Everyone is in the kitchen, some drinking hot chocolate.
"Hey Michael, wanna go outside with me?" Hannah asks.
"Is that even a question- hell yeah I do!" I say as she chuckles.

"Noah, you should come out too. Pleaseeeeeeee." I say to Noah.
"No." He say, taking a sip of coffee.
"Aw why?"
"Because I have work to do." He takes another sip.
"Aw is someone afraid of getting a cold~" I say teasingly.
"I don't get sick." He says. "You're going to be the one who gets sick."
"Fine by me!"
I grab Hannah's hand and drag her to the living room.

We both put on a coat, hat and gloves. My coat obviously actually being Noah's.
I put on some boots and head outside with Hannah.
The snow was already up to my mid shins. How much more is it even gonna snow.

Hannah pushes me over and I fall into the snow.
"HEY- YOU LITTLE BITCH-" I say and get up running after her.
She was laughing so hard while running. Running in snow is probably the hardest thing to run in.

We both sat in the snow after a little. I love hanging out with Hannah.
I was pretty cold since Hannah decided to put snow down my back like five minutes ago- but I'm having fun so I'll stay out here with her.

It's been another ten minutes of me and Hannah talking while just stilling in the snow.

I feel hands around my waist as they pick me up.
It was Noah.
"Jesus Michael, your literary freezing-" He says, pulling me as close as he can while carrying me.
"Good thing I came out to get you."
"Hey- I was having fun!!" I protest, not really getting anywhere.
"Yeah I'll go inside too... it is pretty cold." Hannah said, standing up.

Noah brought me inside and places me on a chair at the kitchen counter.
"You need to warm up. Coffee? Tea?" He asks me.
"Ew. You know I don't like those."
"Yeah I know, hot chocolate?" He suggests.
"Ehhh, I guess." I say, leaning back in the chair.

Noah grabs a cup and starts making it.
What a snowy day. We're gonna be stuck inside for everrrr. When does it even snow this much in New York anyway-
Normally this would have turned to rain, especially since we're in the city.
I'm not complaining though. I think the snow makes everything look pretty, however, Noah on the other hand, is miserable.

"I was supposed to have a very important meeting today. Now I can't do shit." Noah complains.
"I think you'll be fine." I say to him.
"I think you don't know what you're talking about." He says back to me.
"I think you need to lay down."
I had the hot chocolate Noah made me in my hand while laying on his bed. I pat down next to me for his to lay down.

"Fine. But only because it makes you happy."
He walked over and lied down next to me. I set my hot chocolate down on the window sill that's high above the bed and lay down too.

"Jesus your hands are still freezing." Noah says as I cuddle up against him. "What am I saying, your hands are always cold."
"Really? They don't feel cold to me-"
"Because it's kinda like when you're sick and you don't feel how hot your forehead is, but others can. It's the same with your hands. Well, most of the time. But still."
We love a good science lesson with Noah. Is it science? It's probably just common sense. I wouldn't know. I spent all my high school years in the principles office. I never paid attention.
I was not a good kid.

I wasn't actually tired. I just didn't wanna hear Noah complain about work that he doesn't even need to go to. He's spent like 96% of his time at work and 4% with me.
That's a load of bullshit if you ask me.

Noah's chest moves slowly up and down as he drifts off into more and more sleep.
Guess the cold makes someone tired.

I giggle to myself as quietly as possible. Didn't work.
Noah put his left hand on my head and pushes it onto the mattress.
"Shut up." He says.
"Right! Sorry!" I say, giggling again before closing my eyes and falling asleep.
