NO ONE ELSE, CHRIS BROWN & FRIDAYY
THE SOUND OF NURSES AND doctors enveloped the hospital walls as Athena, Dee, and her Abuela walked through the halls. They had just found Abbys mother and brought her to the hospital to get chuckled out.
That night when Buck called her she immediately called her Abuela. And with the help of Athena they found her.
Dee excused herself to go grab some coffee. making her way to the elevator, Buck made his way from the reception desk with Abby to the girl. "Hey"
She stopped in her tracks and looked back, "Hey"
"I just-" he grinned, scratching the back of his neck. "I just wanted to thank you, for today."
"I'm just glad we found her in time, and that she is safe." She hummed, smiling to the red haired woman who was watching them from afar.
he looked at the young woman in front of him, noticing there was something off, "hey, uh. Are you okay?"
She bit her bottom lip, thinking about her answer. "Yeah, I'm great." She plastered a smile. "I was just going to get some coffee, do you want any?"
He knew she was faking it, but he also knew that this time wasn't the time to talk about it, since her grandmother was here and it was a public setting. He didn't know how she would react. So he did the next best thing, "Yeah, I'll come. And by the way i see the resemblance now, you and your Abuela look amazingly alike!"
She appreciated his effort in changing the subject. The whole night she kept thinking about how she would react when she finally faces them again, but she tried to keep her mind busy with fining Abby's mother. she cracked a smile, "you say that to my Abuela and you might be her favorite."
"Oh I'm definitely doing that!"
"And Zee might kill you and get away with it." She added, chuckling at his face drop.
Entering the elevator. Buck face turns serious, he looks down to his left with a stern expression. "I will take that chance."

The laughter of Athena, Hen, Dee, and Carmen was echoing alongside the music that played in the bar. "I feel like a weight has lifted off my shoulders" Carmen expressed happily after downing the rest of her drink.
Athena smiled at the Hispanic woman, "Please, this is how i cope when we live in a patriarchy." She lifted her glass looking through, "cheers, to women- and women of color." They happily clinked their glasses.
"So," Hen began. "How long they gonna have you chained to that desk?" She asked.
"Well, the Creedy's are ready to drop their complaint- you know, so living as the department drips the charges in their daughter." Athena explained.
"And your okay with that?" Hen asks.
Athena scoffs, "not even a little bit. That girl is wicked."
"Please," Dee downs the rest of her drink. "Zee has amazing stories of teenage girls in her school, pure evil."
Athena looked defeated, "Hey, if teenage girls are both of May and Zee's problem- maybe they can bond over it!" Carmen happily expressed.
"Yes! Oh my god" Dee gasped, "i can't believe i didn't think of that!" She frowned
