Luckily for Isagi, they had a weekend off after their dreadful training. This allowed them to go outside the Blue Lock building and off to do whatever they wanted in their free time while Isagi could (hopefully) recover.

In the meantime, Kaiser was carrying an unconscious Isagi in his arms while the rest of their teammates were split off into different groups in the many training facility rooms. Hiori and Kurona, practicing their passing skills, stopped as soon as Kaiser entered with Isagi.

"We're gonna head off to the van first. I need to lay Yoichi down there, and we'll just wait 'til all of you are done with training." Kaiser announced as he grabbed the keys from their driver.

"What happened?" Hiori ran over to Isagi, alarmed.

"He's just tired. He overworked himself during our practice, but I'm pretty sure he'll catch up fast. We'll get going."

"I'll go with you," Hiori says, holding his arms out to carry Isagi, but Kaiser immediately stepped back. "I don't think that's necessary, Hiori. You still need to practice more."

Kaiser then leaves a stunned Hiori, who is confused at Kaiser's somewhat hostile and dismissive attitude. He could have sworn he caught Kaiser smirking at his comment, almost insinuating a sense of superiority, and portraying himself as the stronger one that went beyond the usual "I'm-the-best-in-football" manner. Instead, it exuded a possessiveness akin to a wolf issuing a warning, as if signaling that anyone attempting to enter his territory should beware.

Turning to glance at Kurona, he realizes he's not the only one who noticed the subtle display. All the shorter could do was shrug, equally as confused.

Kaiser finally arrived at the parking lot and opened the van's door, entering before laying Isagi down with his head resting on his lap. He covers Isagi's upper body with his jacket and caresses his sleeping face. "You look so pretty when you're sleeping, Yoichi. But I think I like you even better when you cry."

After a few more minutes, the rest of their teammates finished their practices and exited the building. The remaining five scurried off towards the van, with their driver following behind them as they eagerly talked about their plans for their day off.

"Kaiser! Is Yoichi okay?" Ness worriedly asks while entering the van.

"Yoichi's fine. You know what a perfectionist he is–Overworking himself until he passes out. Good thing I was there to catch him," Kaiser chuckles, a lighthearted response compared to the one he gave Hiori earlier.

"Aww, our hard-working Yoi~" Yukimiya coos from behind.

Hiori would normally sit right next to his boyfriend, but with how Kaiser positioned him, he decided to sit in the passenger seat, letting Isagi rest peacefully. He must've been exhausted doing the first set of practice. They've all been there–passing out during or after practice.

However, one thing Hiori found slightly odd was that Isagi couldn't do all the sets. It was confusing, truthfully, as he knew how much Isagi persevered no matter what.

"We're here!"

Isagi jolted up from his sleep and immediately felt a hand wrap around his wrist.

"Yoichi, you're awake~"

If Isagi didn't know any better, he'd be happy seeing Kaiser giving him the sweetest smile. It was the usual smile that Kaiser gave him whenever they woke up while cuddling. But it only took a few seconds in his post-sleep haze for Isagi to realize that his nightmare was all a reality, from Kaiser's ominous smile to the tight grip on his wrist.
