After a long day of training, Hiori finally exits the last practice of the day. The rest of the teammates walk past him outside the facility room, discussing the next match as Hiori waits for Isagi. Spotting the other, Hiori extended his hand for Isagi to hold on to while they walked towards their dorm.

On the walk back to their dorm, not a single word was uttered between the couple, silence deafening. Hiori noticed Isagi's hands were sweaty, slightly trembling, and occasionally slipping away from his grasp as they held hands. This was very unusual. Something was definitely wrong with his boyfriend, and maybe it was time for Hiori to initiate the talk, "Hey Yo-chan, so I was wondering—"

The sound of a notification from the latter's phone interrupts Hiori mid-sentence.

"Sorry, hold that thought," Isagi said, unclasping their hands to look for his phone.

Tell your boyfriend that you're going over to my room tonight, the usual.
Unless you want him to see this.

Isagi closed his phone as quickly as he had opened it. He didn't have to open the media to know what Kaiser sent. Even during his passing consciousness, he vividly remembers Kaiser with his phone out during his assault. If his suspicions were correct, Isagi did not want to open Kaiser's message, especially knowing that Hiori was beside him.

"Everything okay?" Hiori worriedly asks him, draping an arm around his small waist.

"Yep!" Isagi gulps before giving him an assuring smile, but not assuring enough for Hiori.

Hiori was the first to shower upon arriving at his room, allowing Isagi to grab his phone and watch Kaiser's video secretly.

Isagi gasped, covering his mouth, as the video's thumbnail proved that his suspicions were correct.

"Shit..."

Isagi shouted to Hiori in the shower, "Sorry, Yoyo, I have to go! Kaiser wants me to come over!" And without waiting for a response, he immediately leaves the room, running down the hall to look for Kaiser.

He's going to end this bullshit once and for all. He can't let Kaiser ruin his relationship; he absolutely refuses. It was the only thing that kept him sane in his hectic life. The thought of the love of his life getting hurt because of him was too unfathomable to Isagi, and he knew he had to put a stop to it immediately.

Hiori emerges from his shower to an empty room.

Hiori tries to shake off the weird feeling. Still, after recounting the marks he saw last week, Isagi's avoidance of any sexual advances during the weekend, and his quiet and distant nature during the day, Hiori's mind immediately went to possibilities he did not like.

Where did we go wrong? Did I do something for him not to trust me? Is he...cheating on me?

The thoughts eating at Hiori's mind did no good to him. Maybe he should just go to the monitoring to take his mind off things.

Flipping through the remote casually. However, during his listening, something was different.

Drastically different .

There was an untitled audio that was recorded earlier this day. Hiori was interrupted by a familiar voice that was not supposed to be there.

"Kaiser, you need to stop whatever this is! " The audio began. It recorded Kaiser and Isagi's conversation while he was away, but it seemed more like an argument than a normal conversation. What took Hiori by surprise, though, was the additional dialogue that the microphone picked up.

He hears a loud slap resonate in the mic. "–You're such a fucking slut, you know that, Yoichi? –" Hiori turned up the volume. "–He's my boyfriend, for fuck sake!–" Such sounds of Isagi's cries were something Hiori had never heard before in his life, and it broke him hearing his boyfriend in pain. But that wasn't the end of the recording. Isagi screams while Kaiser continues, "–I already told you I'm not letting Hiori get in between what I want.–"

Hiori immediately stopped the audio from playing and deleting it. A whirlwind of emotions struck him–hurt, guilt, anger. The anger that surged in him was insurmountable. His fists clenched and heavy breathing as he stood up from his seat, finally connecting the dots.

He's been worried about Isagi cheating on him when–the whole time–he was actually hiding his pain.

Fuck.

Hiori can't even forgive himself for being such a shitty boyfriend and not noticing the signs. Yet, as much as he could beat himself up for it, he knew he should only direct his anger to one person.

Kaiser.

He paces around the room, thinking of the different ways he could take revenge on Kaiser, all resulting in both getting kicked out of the building.

But what about Isagi? Hiori can't do this to him; he knows how much football means to Isagi.

He'll deal with this later. For now, he'll worry about Isagi picking up his calls.
