Olivia and Gracie drunkenly stepped out of the bar hand in hand. "Shall I have this dance?" gracie asked with her hand out jokingly bowing to Olivia. The started to dance together on the street, carelessly spinning one another forgetting about the dramas of the night, they knew none of that mattered because they had each other, and that's all the girls cared about. Our hands tied together, and I spun her around, which she soon came to realise was a dumb decision because they both fell over onto the hard concrete. As Olivia's strong scent of lavender rushed over gracie's senses, Olivia began to get up, to which gracie helped her up, reaching one hand out down to her. That signature scent of lavender always helped put gracie at ease even at the toughest moments.
As soon as the cab arrived, the girls started to giggle at the attention they'd drawn to themselves. Climbing into the car, the brunettes quickly realised a familiar little song called better than revenge by mother (taylor) had started playing through the car. The girls looked to one another with bright eyes, knowing what the other was thinking.
"The story starts when it was hot and it was summer and!" They both screamed in unison, jumpscaring the Uber driver. Livie had the brightest grin covering her face. Her smile made gracie smile, her warm brown eyes looking into her crushes, always giving her butterflies. "I had it all! i had him right there where i wanted him!" They yelled, looking one another in the eyes. This might be the best night of their lives they both thought to themselves, never addmitting it to one another. As they were nearing the end of the song, the driver pulled up to liv's apartment complex, and stopped out the front, they climbed out of the car, today gracie obviously felt like being a gentlewoman today and helped her friend out of the car.
The duo entered her spacious apartment, and my eyes immediately landed on a beautiful navy blue grand piano that sat against her wall. Gracie sprinted over to it with liv following closely behind. "You wanna play a song?" The younger girl asked, intending it as a joke. "Actually, yeah, got any recommendations?" Remarked Gracie, sitting at the piano seat.
"Any new songs you wanna show me?" Livie asked, tucking her hands behind her back, tilting her head towards gracie. The sight itself gave the older girl Deja vu to their tour bus the first time they'd left town she'd adoringly tilted her head to gracie, mirroring this exact moment. "Um, I wrote it on the bus with you. Actually," gracie chuckled, placing her hands on the piano. "I call it amelie," she smiled, playing the opening chords.
"I met a girl once," gracie sang her heart out, making eye contact with her muse as she did what she loved. "she sort of ripped me open. She doesn't even know it. She doesn't know my name,"
Leading into the chorus, Olivia started to slowly bob her head in time with the music, joining the older girl in singing. The second time the chorus came around, Olivia had joined cie cie in singing. The two enjoyed the night while it lasted. After we had finished, gracie turned to her, and she was sitting on the nearby couch where I joined her sitting. "What'd you think?" Gracie asked her voice now softer than before, staring into Olivia's deep brown eyes. "I loved it, I just have one question," she replied, shuffling closer to me on the couch. "Go ahead, livie," replied Gracie as her heart rate started to pick up. Liv had placed her hand on my thigh, which made me nervous. "Bold move, rodrigo." I nervously whispered, looking down at her hand, my words making her giggle.
"Was that song about me?" She asked, her eyes flickering from gracie's warm hazel eyes to her lips. "Yes," gracie mumbled even though she was literally internally screaming. "A little louder, darling," asked olivia with a knowing smirk.
"Yes, it was rodrigo." replied Gracie, but before she could react, olivia had slammed her lips against mine in a gentle kiss. I smiled into it, placing my hands around her waist as she pinned me onto the arm of her couch. She pulled away breathlessly, seeing my cheeks fully maroon.
"God, abrams, you really are eager," she smirked. "Come on, it's late. Let's head to bed," she said, stopping herself while getting up, leading me to her room by the hand. While Olivia led me away, I tried to calm myself to no avail. She kicked the door shut before pulling me in by the belt loops and kissing me tenderly. I sensed something was wrong but pushed it aside. She quickly made her way to my neck, kissing to find my sweet spot and nipping when she found it. I let out a hot breath when she found it, but I just had this over arching feeling that something was wrong. "Liv, stop," I whispered to no response. "Olivia, stop!" I spoke now more intensely.
Olivia pulled away, "Sorry, I shouldn't have," the brunette said, turning around, but gracie gently pulled her back. "No, don't apologise, livie," gracie replied, stopping her in her tracks "then Why'd you stop?" Olivia asked with raised eyebrows.
"Because somethings wring I can tell," replied gracie, grabbing her hand in comfort. "It's ok. You can tell me." She continued staring into her deep brown eyes.
"I saw Conan with Cameron.." Olivia said as a loud silence filled the room. "Conan like conan Grey conan? Like your best friend conan?"
"Yes, fuck, gracie you know what I mean!" Olivia screamed running her hands through her hair. "Liv, I'm here." replied gracie, trying to comfort her, reaching for her hand to which she speedily pulled away from. "This was a mistake, I'm sorry." Olivia said, pulling away from my touch with flushed cheeks. "You can sleep here," Olivia continued while shuffling through her dresser, handing me a set of her pyjamas. "I'll go to the couch," she continued, walking out of her room. "Liv wait - " gracie replied, chasing after her before grabbing her hand and kissing her once again while cupping her chin.
