Clara snaps her silver AirPod maxes into its case, slipping the headphones into her carry on. The 9 hour flight was freakishly exhausting, even though she slept for half of it. The other half was spent switching between playing wordscapes and rewatching The Lorax.
Her parents spoiled her with a nice plane seat, so thankfully she's able to hide behind an older woman and get off the plane quickly. Clara doesn't get photographed by the paparazzi often, that was more Juliette. But since the news was out that she's playing Mallory, she'd spotted a few cameras at her favorite spots during her last few days in New York.
Greg sent an email earlier in the day with details about getting to their hotel the cast would be staying in until moving into something more permanent closer to set. Apparently some dude named Lark is picking her and Aryan(different flights same times) up.
She leaves the terminal with her Erin Made tote bag under her arm, clutching her phone anxiously. There are a lot more people in the exit space than she imagined. Hordes surrounds her, and while she doesn't think people noticed her, she swears she sees a few phone cameras in her direction.
"Ms Blunt?" Someone calls and she's obnoxiously happy to see a squat man in a suit with a sign that has her name printed in black. She rushes over to the corner he's in.
"hi nice to meet you! you are a lifesaver."
"No problem," he says gruffly. "But no doddling we have to get Mr. Simhadri."
