THE CERULEAN ISLANDS
King Arch raised one eyebrow watching his grandson who has been idling and following the king's attention for a few hours now. Prince Pete's maid Rita, a beta was also following him everywhere now standing behind the prince as the prince demands a lot when he is moody.
The King moved his head side by side in defeat, standing up from his seat and moving out of his study area towards the south wing, the prince followed lazily. He stopped by in the kitchen alerting everyone, they all stopped their work and bowed to the king and the prince.
"Your Majesty do you need something, let me prepare it quickly, you should have ordered, I would have brought it for you in the study Your Majesty" The older omega in charge of the kitchen spoke then she bent to her side to look at Rita standing behind the sulky looking and swaying prince to scold her "How can you let your majesty walk here himself."
Before Rita can answer, the king spoke "its ok Kale, I wanted to come here, I should move more in my old age, just cut some fruits for me."
"Sure, Your Majesty"
The king moved to the table in the kitchen and asked everyone to resume their work. the prince settled on the opposite side of the king. As soon as they settled Rita rushed to the cooks and brought the prince's plate when prepared to avoid more scoldings from Kale.
The king finished his meal when the prince was still pouting and poking on his fruits.
"What now? these fruits are not sweet enough for you, why are you stabbing them"
"How long will these last? can they take my boredom away your majesty" Pete replied poking the fruits more fiercely.
"Prince Tankhunn is only away for 2 weeks and you are like this, just go and explore the island in your wolf form, you love that don't you, only you don't cherish your human form, which is beyond my understanding, at least when you are out Rita can have some rest" king arch spoke with a chuckle.
The prince gave a smirk and turned his head towards his maid "Am I troubling you Rita?"
"How can you trouble me your highness, it's always a joy to serve you" Rita spoke with a smile then she half covered her mouth to whisper "everyone is jealous of me your highness?"
"Such a sweet mouth" Pete spoke taking a bite.
"isn't that the reason you like her, she has spoiled you over the years" the king spoke laughing and the prince sulked again.
king arch was going towards the sunroom located in the south wing past the main courtyard and Pete was still following him followed by Rita hurriedly cleaning all the mess created by the prince along way.
"That is why you should consider getting married my child" the king spoke slowing down, letting the prince walk to his side" when you have a mate you won't be bored."
"Grandfather" Pete spoke raising his voice. he continued after calming down himself "first, I don't want to leave. Second, I don't want to marry some prince who aims to gain more power by marrying me."
"Then choose anyone from our kingdom, you know I will gladly accept anyone you love" King Arch looked softly towards his grandson.
"What are your thoughts regarding prince Bas? you have seen his portrait and others have spoken well about him."
"He is just not of my liking grandfather."
"How about the suitor prince Tankhunn spoke about hmm? the prince care about you a lot, he has known both of your personalities maybe you both will match well"
"Who? the younger brother of the prince" Pete chuckled "He looked even more pretty than prince Bas' portrait. Again, not of my liking Your Majesty. Pete started walking faster "why is the south wing so far humph"
"No one is of your liking ha, then how about the son of king Korn's late brother, Lord Vegas?" The prince halted, his breath hitched. "I saw you taking glances at him at the wedding, is he of your liking?" the king spoke now smiling widely.
Pete turned towards the king pouting with both his hands on his waist "Then go and propose the marriage your majesty" and taking long stride the prince walked away with a shy smile on his face.

THE KINGDOM OF CARMINE
After Lord Vegas left, Prince Tankhunn asked King Korn's permission to show Chey the palace. Chey was very excited, and his eyes were wondering on the grandness and luxury of the palace.
"Why were you hiding?" The prince asked Chey.
"Hiding where your highness"
"When I was introducing you to Vegas, you hid behind me." the boy was smiling shyly with his head down hearing that.
"ahhheam.... are you shy Chey" Tankhunn spoke teasingly.
"No, it's just" Chey looked towards the prince "Lord Vegas is very mysterious and my father speaks very highly of him, he says lord Vegas is the bravest and has the most potential" Chey spoke innocently.
"You must not speak loudly of these things" Chey got confused of Tankhunn's words "anyway there is another mysterious brother of mine, what do you think about him?"
"Prince Kim?" Chey looked at the prince and the prince nodded "he is indeed very mysterious, so I don't know much about him your highness" Chey replied with a smile, scratching his head and tankhunn chuckled at Chey's innocence.
Tankhunn showed many areas of the palace to Chey, and he was mesmerized with it. He had asked about the palace to his father often who had visited the palace many times.
while bidding farewell to Chey, the prince invited Chey to accompany him to the Cerulean Islands in few days.
