She's here- just like she said she'd be.Now what a predicament he was in. What's her problem? You glanced over to the boy who stood completely still on the court while his teammates warmed up. A small, shy hand made a waving gesture as you shared a nervous smile. Oh god Oh wow She waved....

You felt a little deflated when he turned away so abruptly, only sharing the ghost of a smile back after his wide eyes had stared you down.

Do I say thankyou? Do people thank others for waving or am I being dumb? I probably should've waved back...

Nevertheless, you brushed it off and Tendou was scolded for not warming up- and the game went on. Don't look at her Don't look at her Just focus Tendou-

Meanwhile you were fully absorbed in the game. Both teams seemed strong- Shiratorizawa being a little more stable if anything.

All together it was very enjoyable- more than you'd guessed it would be. You'd went to the store, bought some snacks and then spent your time curled up in your coat watching the match. You eyes did often wander to the red haired boy though- he's such an interesting character. Most of the shiratorizawa team had strong personalities, but Tendou was one that really stood out.Honestly, at first you thought you'd pity him after hearing of his past of bullying, and of course you felt bad about it, but something about Tendou made you think that maybe their words didn't effect him that much. After being bullied for acting like a 'monster' you'd guess that he'd change his style- become more discreet and calm to avoid confrontation and even more bullying...but Tendou just seemed so comfortable being himself whether people liked it or not. You found it admirable.

In the end Shitatorizawa did win the practice match- and the boys almost erratic behaviour in court also caught your eye.

Ushijima seemed very stable- strong and strategic, clashing heavily with Tendou who seemed to mock the other team and belittle them into breaking on court. Both seemed like very intimidating approached to an otherwise fun sport.—————————————— Shit? Where did I leave my headphones?

You scraped through your bag looking for them before realising that Ichika had borrowed them for her class. They're in her damn locker! Ugh-So, you began your speedy walk to her locker, putting your phone back into your pocket and snuggling up in your coat in preparation for going outside. Where is it? Where is it? Where- Bingo! Oh?

"Oh-hi!" You smiled at Tendou and Ushijima who were walking down the hallway."Hi" Tendou replied.

"Shouldn't you be at home now? It's getting dark" Ushijima added.

"Oh yeah- I'm leaving now, I just forgot something" you smiled, "you guys were great at the game today- congratulations on winning by the way""Thankyou" the stoic man said."See ya" Tendou chimed with a cocky smile as the pair walked away. Strange friendship Strange dynamics- They seem sweet though

After collecting your earphones from the locker, you rushed outside, eager to get back home.

Hm- Ushijima was right, it's getting kinda dark... I don't think I'll wear my earphones, just in case.

It wasn't planned per say- it was just...coincidental.You were walking past and he had a little time to spare- Ushijima had already caught him train home and Tendou was....interested.He wasn't following you- he just kinda...went where you did. He may aswell go on a walk before he goes home to clear his head right? So so what if he happens to go the same direction as you...You didn't notice anyway so it didn't matter- he wasn't close enough to be seen- just close enough to watch. It wasn't too late- so there were still a fair share of dogwalkers and joggers that meant he could easily blend in.
"He didn't mean to follow you all the way home...it just sort of happened. His conscious told him that but he was really just curious- why did you intrigue him so much? Why did he suddenly want to know someone? That's never happened before. He's never actively craved someones attention...It was a long walk back, filled with a lot of confusion and self reflection.

It couldn't be him, right? He was the same as usual- He never had a problem before so it couldn't be him It had to be you Did you have this effect on everyone you met?

Are you doing it purposefully?

It was getting worse day by day- his feelings overwhelmed him and he couldn't find a relief...
