I've been writing a lot of songs lately, I've recently been working on a new song called 'ME!' and I think it's gonna be a bop. It might be my favourite on this new album, I might even make it the single, but honestly, it's early to decide that yet, I still haven't figured out all the lyrics to it yet. My best friend, Fearless, has been helping a lot with this album and I'm so grateful for her! Talking of Fearless, I have an unread message from her and that has reminded me to read it.

- Hey girl! How are you getting on with that new song?

Hey Fearless, I've got most of the lyrics down,
just need to sort out the second verse.

- Good! Um, are you free rn? I have something you might
be interested in. Could I come over?

Yeah of course you can!

- Okay, I'll be there in 5!

- Rep's POV -

I've been on the phone with 1989 all morning, talking about how I like this girl I've never met. She's called Lover. She is practically the opposite of me, but in a good way. She writes songs and goes on tour every now and then, I went to her show a few years back. I still liked her back then, but never would of thought I had a chance of getting her to even know who I was. It turns out 1989, my bestfriend, knows Lover's bestfriend, Fearless, and was able to talk to Fearless about how I like Lover, and wanna be able to get her number so we can talk and get to know eachother a bit more.

- Fearless and Lover at Lover's house -

Lover walks to her door to let Fearless in. They sit in the living room to talk.

Lover💗: So, what did you wanna talk about?

Fearless💛🫶🏼: Basically, I got this text from 1989 this morning, saying that her bestfriend, Reputation, has a bit of a crush on you and has been trying to contact you but didn't know how to until she found out me and 1989 were friends. Would you like me to pass her number on to you and you could give her a text?

Lover💗: Aw that's so sweet, and yes please, I'll give her a text!

Fearless💛🫶🏼: Okay, well I'll text it to you then I've gotta go, I need to go pick Debut up from town.

Lover💗: Thank you! See you in a couple days in the studio.

Fearless💛🫶🏼: Bye!

Fearless leaves Lover's house and drives away, leaving Lover with Rep's number dialled into a new contact name on her phone.

- Lover's POV -

Wow. I cant believe that just happened. I have Reputation saved as a new contact on my phone. I'm nervous to text her. What do I say?

Hey! I heard from Fearless that you wanted a text,
so here I am :).

Oh my god. What if it's a joke? Will she text back?

- Rep's POV -

*Her phone buzzes* Oh, I wonder who that is. Oh. My. God. It's Lover? I never thought that would've worked. How do I reply? She seems so nice, I don't wanna be rude by accident.

Lover💗

- Hey! I heard from Fearless that you wanted a text,
so here I am :).

Oh my god, is it really you Lover?

I didn't know what else to say, I was wonderstruck at the sight of seeing her name pop up on my phone.

- Yes it is really me, I heard something about you liking me, is that true?

Did Fearless tell you that? And yes, that's true. I hope that's not weird.

- No! Of course it's not weird, if it was, I wouldn't be texting you,
would I?

Well, that's true yeah. Um would you wanna facetime?
We can get to know eachother more. Only if you are comfortable of course.

- Sure! Is in 5 mins good?

Yeah sounds good to me!

Oh my god. Am I really about to facetime Lover? I need to change into something nice, and touch up my makeup.
