TIMESKIP 1 WEEK. . .

"God I hate taking the bus."

"Too bad."

Danielle wrapped an arm around Haerin's shoulders, "it's gonna be okay Haerin-ah, I'm sure there's not a lot of people around this time either."

The cat grumbled under her breath, and although not noticeable to either of them as the group of five waited at the bus stop, the other three noticed Haerin lean a bit closer towards the older girl's embrace.

Hanni scoffed as the bus rolled up slowly, muttering under her breath, "they're so obvious..."

She then proceeded to link arms with Minji, startling the older girl.

"Let's go gays."

"You too."

"Gays?"

"But I'm n-"

Hanni nodded, "gays."

She then glanced over at Hyein, offering her other arm to the maknae, "come here Hyein-ah, you're welcome too."

"Nae~"

Hyein grinned, hugging Hanni's other arm as the trio went into the bus first as Danielle and Haerin followed them.

The group of five sat at the back, thankful that the only other person inside the vehicle was the bus driver.

"So, where is this first piece?"

"It's in the countryside, Hyein and I looked up the area last night and no one really goes there anymore, it's kind of abandoned."

The maknae nodded, "and the temple should be dormant, no one but Minji can open it."

"Wait... There's a temple... in the countryside???"

The bear chuckled, "it's hidden, of course."

"I'm guessing there's a time limit to me getting the piece?"

She glanced over to Haerin, "not necessarily, unlike the shrine where the sword was held, the temple is completely hidden once you go in. But it'd be good to be quick, don't sacrifice your efficiency though just to hurry."

The girls kept talking, or well, it was mainly Hanni asking Minji and Hyein a whole bunch of questions about what was real in the Legend of Zelda games and if all the games were actually real life events.

Danielle glanced over to the girl who sat next to her, seeing the cat picking at the skin on her fingers as she aimlessly stared out the window, watching the tall buildings slowly turn into tall grass.

"Hey..."

Haerin turned her head from the older girl's soft whisper, "hm?"

Danielle gently held Haerin's hands, pulling them apart so she wouldn't hurt herself even more than the redness that started to form on her skin.

"You're gonna get that piece, and we'll go home straight after okay?"

...

...

...

Haerin looked away back outside, "it's only been a week since I held that sword."

Danielle gave a reassuring squeeze, "you'll be fine, Haerin. Put a little trust in yourself."

She then chuckled, "there's a reason why the goddess chose you."

If Haerin heard those words from someone else, she would have never believed them.
