"You aknowledge your pain and express it in healthy way"
...You stopped being so mean to yourself. You became so conscious of the feelings that you take and the emotions that you portray.
You started to be okay with the feelings of pain, the bitterness of the past, the unwanted hate. You became so aware of the emotions you denied most of your life. And now that you started to acknowledge it, you realized that it wasn't your fault at all. That it is part of being human to feel fear and sadness. That being alone is okay too and guilt happens at times.
You became so kind to yourself that you started to tap your own shoulders when you know you did your best. That falling means not failing, and you can stand up again and again. But if you happened to lose some battles, its okay with you too. Because you understand that losing is gaining too, and winning won't be appreciated without sacrifices.
Life became so vivid that you are now accepting the challenges of it. Instead of turning your back, you learned to sit with it and hear the bottom of your soul. The wails, the agony, the joy, the excitement, everything is equally deserving of space that you have in your heart.
And so you learned to take care of it and blossom into a beautiful flower. You learned to yield thorns to protect yourself. You grasped so strong to your roots and stand firm for your values. Your colors reflect the beauty of everything you've been through, and the fragrance is the proof of all your endurances.
You made it. You finally became the flower you've always wanted to be. You deserve to be acknowledged for that. I am so proud of you.
