"You no longer hate yourself for your incapacities and insecurities"
...You learned that it is okay not to be perfect. Anybody can make mistakes, everybody else has their flaw. You don't have to be different to be great enough nor try to be the same as anybody else just to fit yourself in.
You are your unique self, and you embrace the things you cannot do - not because you are less of a human than anyone, but because it is what makes you a person. The things that you hate about yourself - the color of your skin, the way you speak, how your reflection smiles back at you, and the most secret you have to bury deep inside you - are what makes you feel human.
You aren't perfect neither should you try to be - because no one else can. So rather than trying hard to become someone you are not, you fully show everyone who you truly are - with the most vulnerable and genuine eyes.
Now that you are healed from everything that makes you hate yourself and from things that make you feel anger toward other people, you can see that life is more than what pain you had to go through. You realize it takes a hard, long, and rough road to learn what life needs to teach you.
And now that you have earned the reward of self-consciousness, you also learned that what you lack and despise the most will be the strongest weapon you can cultivate within yourself.
Congratulations on earning the badge of self-acceptance.
