Shamelessly timing

My auburn hair ponytail was a complete mess. I turned on the faucet, wet my hands, and splashed some cold water on my face. I blow my nose and look out the window. I see my boyfriend Tony hug Maria, my mom. I smile and walk out the bathroom "I'm glad they're finally getting a long," I mumble to myself.

I walk outside, and Tony and Mom are laughing. I smile at them both. "What's so funny?" Tony looks at me. "Maria was telling me a joke is all." I kiss Tony on the cheek and smile, "I'm glad you two are finally getting a long!" Tony and Maria look at each other in the eyes and smile.

"Tony and I are going to cook dinner tonight," says Maria, "I'll let you know when it's done." I nod my head and begin walking towards the house, I take a quick glance back. Tony and Maria are holding hands. Tony notices me looking and quickly lets Maria's hand drop.

I roll my eyes and walk inside to turn on the TV. Flipping through the channels, Tony and Maria walk through the door and go inside the kitchen to cook dinner. I hear Maria and Tony making noise in the kitchen. I flip through the channels on the television.

I feel thirsty, I get off the couch and go in the kitchen for a glass of water. I see Tony and Maria kissing. "What the hell?" Tony and Maria immediately stop kissing and look at me. "If you weren't my mom, I'd kill you!"

"I can explain!" Maria steps closer to me, I hold out my hand to stop her.

"No need to explain, I've seen enough to know the whole story. When I told you I wanted you two to get a long more, I didn't mean this!" My voice became a higher pitch each word. I took a deep breath. "How long has this been going on?" I look at them both. "HOW LONG?"

Tony takes a few steps forward. "A week," he held his head down. "I'm so sorry, Sia,"

I look at Tony, then Maria. "I don't understand. You two hated each other at first." "You totally destroyed our relationship with each other."

Tony and Maria held their head down to the floor.

"Is there any way we can fix this?" Tony asks as he looks at me. "I don't want to lose you."

I feel my anger rise.

"Absolutely not!" I shout at Tony. "I deserve better than this, I've been nothing but good to you, Tony, and you sleep with my mom to repay the favor?"

I am leaving you, Tony, and we will not be together again!" I turn to leave the kitchen and Tony steps in front of me. "Move, or I'll slap you!"

Tony moves out of my way. I look at Maria. Tears are running down her face.

"Sia will you please forgive me?"

"I'm moving out." I say and leave the house.
